While you will visit the vendor during the beginning of Act 2, unlocking him as a usable vendor requires you to finish Fingers' questline. You will need to reach the "" quest, which involves this Rippledoc. He will become available again after you finish his questline, provided you did not anger him during the "" and "" quests.

has many easter eggs and secrets that players can uncover, including a Secret Dev Room hidden behind a market. There is a certain build in that will let you Parkour around the Night City; however, you will require the ability to Double Jump to do it effectively. Parkouring without the Double Jump ability isn't as exciting as one would imagine, which is why it is one of the more important Cyberware to unlock. Not only does it let V Parkour, it also gives them an advantage during tense situations when facing tough enemies, getting access to hidden areas, or even for stealth.

Like many of CD Projekt RED's games, 's DLC contains a great number of excellently concealed Easter eggs, hidden details, and subtle pop-culture references. Although some of 's secrets are easily discovered, others are incredibly hard to uncover — this, however, is part of the fun. While simple awareness of a reference is rewarding, having to spend a great deal of time and effort in locating an Easter egg amplifies the reward.

While many can be found by simply playing through the DLC's story missions, the locations of others can be especially hard to pinpoint. Some weapons, for example, may only be made available through certain quests or decisions, while others might be hidden in subtle ways or placed in obscure locations. And, as Iconic weapons tend to have effects that can't be replicated by any other piece of gear, missing them may deprive a playthrough of unique gameplay.

The side quest "" forces players to decide the fate of a former SovOil agent named Katya. The quest begins with Ana and Steven, two members of a Brazilian intelligence agency, hiring V to find their missing friend and former collaborator, one Mark Bana. Bana wore a biomonitor at the time of his disappearance, which is still giving off signals to suggest he might be alive. However, the agents warn that it might not actually be Bana behind the signals. V tracks Bana through Organitopia, a natural history museum taken over by technological scavengers, and at the end of it all, finds Katya.

If you plan on making a stealth build in , you will need to pair it with some of the best-silenced weapons in the game. However, weapons in don't come readily silenced. Instead, adding silencers to weapons in requires a bit of Eddies and, in some cases, crafting components. Moreover, you can only add silencers to Power Weapons, not Tech or Smart weapons such as Skippy. The last thing to consider is that since update 2.0, you can't attach silencers to revolvers, which takes away some of the fun.

In a similar vein to base , the main story of the DLC has several major decisions which can drastically change the story, which rewards are obtained, and endings for both the DLC's story and the story of the main game. Taking place around the time of the later parts of 's main story, has V delving into a sectioned-off area of Night City known as Dogtown, pulled into a mission to save the president of the NUSA from a crash by the enigmatic Songbird in exchange for a promised cure to V's terminal condition.

You can get Johnny Silverhand's Porsche 911 in for free if you complete a Main story quest and make a particular choice during a side gig to get the vehicle. You will need to complete the "" mission, which will then unlock the "" side gig. Once the side gig is unlocked, you will need to make a choice that will let you add the Porsche 911 to your collection.

If a game has the option of equipping a pistol, then I’ll use it. I pretty much completed all of the Uncharted games with the pistol alone. I love their speed, versatility, headshot damage, and abundance of ammo in almost every game. The pistols and revolvers are no different in Cyberpunk 2077 and are some of the best weapons, in my opinion. 

CD Projekt RED has spent nearly three years releasing updates and patches for Cyberpunk 2077, some of which – like the recent Update 2.0 – have been quite significant. The developer has managed to turn around what started as a thoroughly disappointing experience into a legitimately good one, and sure enough, it’s spent the money to reflect that.

In the Dogtown district of 's new DLC, there are many gigs that V can take on for extra rewards and to get some expanded backstory and questing in. However, they are often still filled with the same tough types of decisions that are present throughout the game. Among these is the gig «Treating Symptoms» from Mr. Hands which offers some interesting choices as V infiltrates the Voodoo Boys hideout. All the side gigs in the game are optional and do not affect the main storyline of or, but are generally worth doing for the extra content and loot they provide.

There are many choices to be made in 's DLC, some of which have more severe consequences than others. Certainly some of these choices, like which of the new Relic perks to try out first, are pretty harmless either way. Players can always go back on these later by respeccing; tends to be flexible when it comes to things that exist outside its story, but those aren't the only kinds of decisions players are required to make.

Unlocking the Agaou Throwing Axe in ’s DLC is a great idea, as the new weapon added can do some impressive damage to opponents. The throwable machete is part of, a paid expansion for CD Projekt Red’s popular RPG. The Agaou is considered an iconic piece of gear and one of the coolest new weapons in . What makes it so special is that it can be thrown at enemies for massive damage but, in addition to that, it also discharges an AoE shock effect onto them.

Continuing the trend set by the base game of , the DLC has a variety of side quests and gigs that offer meaningful decisions, which in many cases can significantly effect the quests' narratives and rewards, which happens to be the case with a quest called "." Taking place in Dogtown, a cordoned-off section of Night City controlled by the warlord Kurt Hansen, brings with it a new, espionage-focused main storyline that fits into the story of 's base game, as well as a number of new side activities and NPCs to populate the newly accessibly area.

's DLC,, has introduced a number of new side quests to the futuristic world of Night City. Although these new side quests and jobs are good, some offer the player significantly better rewards than others. After completing the third primary expansion mission, «Spider and the Fly» in Phantom Liberty, you'll gain access to the «Balls To The Wall» side mission. This mission requires you to assist two eager chooms, Paco and Babs in getting themselves out of a sticky situation. And, while you may believe it is honorable to lend a helping hand, proceed with caution because this side mission has multiple outcomes, not all of which are favorable.

Entering Dogtown for the new spy-thriller storyline of the DLC means not only are there a lot of new shady individuals to loot and a black market to explore, but there are also airdrops that often have some valuable rewards.

One of the quests seen in 's DLC is which offers different rewards for choices made as V attempts to infiltrate a nightclub covertly. Offered during a gig you receive as you explore the new area of Dogtown, this mission tests your stealth skills as you negotiate with some heavy hitters in Night City. Those looking to earn some sweet eddies will want to tackle this task carefully.

's DLC brings many new side quests to the open world of Night City, but one in particular shouldn't be skipped. Naturally, the main focus of the DLC is on its tense, twisted spy thriller of a story. Even so, some of its side quests do a wonderful job of expanding its world, getting the player acquainted with the notable people, places, and things of Dogtown to ease them along their journey.

Guns may be a big focus of , but the DLC is a great reminder that melee weapons can also be an excellent choice in the game. With the right skills and upgrades, getting up close and personal with enemies is a highly viable strategy for any type of infiltration or battle. Not only do melee weapons provide plenty of fun in the way of gameplay, but they can also stand out by making for some especially visceral violence compared to the relatively straightforward trajectory of a bullet.

«Dog Eat Dog» is the inaugural quest that kicks off the main story of expansion,. As a result, this isn't an ordinary mission; it's one of the most important ones in the DLC. You'll go on to meet one of the game's new protagonists, as well as become acquainted with Night City's newest neighborhood, Dogtown. Overall, there is a lot going on in this mission that you don't want to miss out on because it all pertains to the following 20 hours of the DLC.

Driving around the streets of Night City or gunning it across the Badlands is one of the great pleasures of the game, and having more options than ever before is a welcome change. Not all cars and bikes are created equal, however, and certain additions in stand out as the best options to spend hard-earned eddies on.

's latest update changed the game mechanics to make clothing in the game now be purely cosmetic, and the new DLC then stepped up to add some stylish and cool new outfit pieces to take those cosmetics to a new level. In the spy-thriller storyline of the expansion, V gets to explore a new district full of shady characters and black-market vendors, with all new items to sell or loot. Being a temporary secret agent also gives some fun quests that come with their own undercover outfits.

has added a new car as a tribute to famed rally driver Ken Block: the Quadra Type 66 «Hoon.» This particular variant of the Quadra Type 66 has been modified for rally driving, boasting a powerful engine and excellent handling both on and off-road. It also comes with mounted machine guns and armor plating for vehicle combat, making it an excellent choice for cruising the lawless streets of Night City.

Early in the DLC's main story for, V is faced with a difficult choice without a lot of time to make a well-thought-out decision. As is often the case with much of the game, there are many decisions that have to be handled which can affect other things down the line, and particularly when trying to roleplay it can be hard to know what the right choice is. Dogtown residents Jacob and Taylor may talk tough, but whether they deserve the maximum punishment for their actions is ultimately up to the player to decide.

Players have discovered another Easter egg in Cyberpunk 2077‘s latest expansion, Phantom Liberty. The Easter egg this time around references CD Projekt RED’s other major title, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

With the one-two punch of Update 2.0 and Phantom Liberty, Cyberpunk 2077 has received some major updates in recent days, and though CD Projekt RED has stressed a few times that they were the final big updates for the game, the developer does still have some smaller patches it wants to push out to iron out some of the action RPG’s remaining issues.
