The dual Grass- and Fighting-type Legendary from Generation 5’s Swords of Justice is one of the returning Legendary creatures added to the Gen 9 titles with the second part of DLC pack. Virizion’s encounter is static, which means it will always appear in the same location for every player. However, the process to unlock that encounter is not the same for everyone.
