A talented Pokemon fan has recently reimagined five legendary creatures from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet as humans. Human versions of Pokemon are a pretty popular type of fan art made by the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet community, and these pieces look very good.
The latest generation of the Pokemon franchise started with Pokemon Scarlet and Violet back in 2022. Pokemon Scarlet and Violet added several legendaries to the franchise, with six entirely new legendary creatures, as well as fourteen Paradox Pokemon, which are special versions of previously usual monsters that come either from the far future or the distant past. Later, with The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, even more versions of Paradox creatures were added, and legendaries from previous generations appeared again, such as Articuno, Zaptos, Raikou, Suicine, Lucia, and others.
Now, a Pokemon fan called FluorescenceFuture shared their latest fanart, which depicts human versions of Koraidon, Miraidon, Terapagos, Pecharunt, and the four different forms of Ogerpon. Overall, this fan did a really good job, as most of these human forms are pretty stylish while still resembling Game Freak’s original designs. For instance, Koraidon became a stylish young man with a jacket that resembles the Pokemon’s colors, and bright, colorful hair. Its counterpart Miraidon also received a pretty good redesign, becoming a futuristic-looking woman with purple clothing inspired by lightning.
Another interesting highlight is Ogerpon and its different masks. In this case, FluorescenceFuture turned the legendary Pokemon into a cute anime girl with a kimono, changing the colors of the design when using different masks. Additionally, the new forms for Terapagos and Pecharunt were pretty well done, with interesting details such as turning the turtle Pokemon’s shell into a coat or giving a Pecharunt-styled hat to the human version of the creature.
This is not the first time that FluorescenceFuture has designed human versions of popular Pokemon, though. Last week, for example, the artist created human versions of Typhlosion and other popular monsters. At the time, the fan showcased amazing artwork for Typhlosion, Ariados, Noctowl, Graveler, Ampharos, Poliwrath, Bayleef, Infernape, Staraptor, Luxray, Gardevoir, and Vaporeon.
While FluorescenceFuture’s stands out due to its high quality, it’s not hard to find other fan artworks that are astounding as well. For instance, a fan designed human versions of Seedor and its evolutions last year. In this case, the artist followed a pretty similar art style, turning all the Plant-type creatures into very cute-looking humans.
