Despite releasing in late October 2023, there still haven't been any Funko Pops to accompany the game. In comparison, a Funko Pop of Peter's Advanced suit was released months before the first, with the wave of figures following the games adding an unmasked Peter Parker, Mary Jane, Miles Morales, and Mr. Negative. This could be due to change soon, however, as the first wave of Funko Pops from Insomniac's sequel has been leaked.

If you want a backpack officially licensed by a big franchise like Marvel or Disney, Loungefly is the first place you go. And if it isn't, it should be. The bag and apparel branch of the Funko empire has some incredibly creative products in its countless collections, and soon it will add a whole new series to its range. A big series in more ways than one as Monkey D. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Pirates are getting their own line of Loungefly products.

Pokemon's Funko Pop! collection has grown quite a bit already in 2024. Lucario's figure now has a pearlescent version, and the moment you're tasked with picking your very first Pokemon has even been turned into a Pop! We're a long way off all 1,025 Pokemon having a Pop! of their own, and even some seemingly obvious picks are yet to get the Funko treatment. It seems some of those obvious picks will continue to be overlooked as Cresselia appears to be the next Pokemon to get the Pop! nod.

The world has been gripped by Dune after Part 2 hit cinemas last week, chalking up almost $100 million during its opening weekend. If you have already seen Dune: Part 2, and you're anything like me, you'd have spent the last few days chuckling at memes about giant worms and poking fun at Stilgar's obsession with Paul Atreides being Lisan al Gaib. Now you can take those memes a step further by owning both those characters, and four more from Dune: Part 2, in Funko Pop! form.

Even though the number of Pokemon created has now reached four figures, fewer than 50 of them have had the honor of being turned into Funko Pops. Grookey and Aipom are among some of the latest Pokemon to get the Funko Pop! treatment. Clearly those Pops have been pretty popular as Funko has already revealed Aipom and Grookey are getting flocked versions, and pre-orders for the Grass-type starter's new figure are already live.

After the blockbuster sequel was pushed out of 2023 and into this year, Dune 2's release is almost here. Hitting cinemas on March 1, you likely don't need me to tell you that the hype for the next chapter in Denis Villeneuve's retelling of the iconic story is finally here. We might not know what the future of Pokemon video games looks like right now, but its Funko Pop! division hit the ground running in 2024. Pokemon and Funko kicked off the year by teasing six new figures, heavily implying the six will be pre-existing Pops given pearlescent makeovers. That implication was confirmed via the official reveal of a shiny new Lucario Pop!, and now we may know which Pokemon will be the second of the six.

Marvel's Collector Corps is a subscription service that has been running for almost a decade. Releasing a handful every year, each box has a theme and includes items made by Funko and Loungefly, but you don't know what's inside the box until it arrives. Unless you don't have a subscription, you wait until after the latest boxes have been sent out, and then you decide if the items inside are worth buying.

Tracking down and buying the Funko Pops you want is really only half the battle. The Marvel slate is looking a little barren in 2024 when compared to other years as of late, and that's probably a good thing. Between TV shows on Disney Plus and MCU blockbusters not making as much as they used to, a year in which there isn't as much Marvel content may well make more casual fans hungry for what's still to come. That said, there will still be some new Marvel stuff in 2024, and two of its biggest upcoming projects already have their own Funko Pops.

On top of all that, an image of a Deluxe Funko Pop! Moment recreating the very first decision trainers ever had to make in a Pokemon game surfaced online last week, and now that set is available to buy.

There are so many Funko Pops that whether you're a new collector just starting out or a seasoned vet looking to branch out, I'd recommend either picking fandoms you like and sticking to them, or simply grabbing figures you like from across the board. Regardless of which of those avenues sounds more appealing, any Muppets Pops you find should be must-buys, as should any figures you find that can be used to recreate popular memes. Lucky for you, there's a new two-pack coming that ticks both those boxes.

Sonic the Hedgehog will be kicking off a very busy 2024 for him and his friends with additions to the blue blur's already pretty extensive Funko Pop! collection. Technically, Sonic is closing 2023 with new Pops as the figures revealed before Christmas are now available to pre-order. Super Shadow, Metal Sonic, and even Ring Scatter Sonic. They're all available now, and the only catch is they won't be in your hands until at least the end of February.

Funko has been pretty busy this festive period, although, with more than 13,000 Pops now out in the world, you could argue it's never really not busy. It's not done with 2023 just yet though as first looks at new figures releasing before the end of the year have appeared online. All of them Sonic figures, there appear to be eight Pops in total that will expand Sonic's Funko collection very soon.

The superhero genre has come a long way over the past 20 years. There are a few things a TV show, video game, or movie franchise should be on the look out for should their creators ever seek confirmation that they've officially made it. No, I'm not talking about box office revenue and units sold, who cares about that? I am, of course, referring to Lego sets and Funko Pops. One Piece has had Funko Pops for a while, but the arrival of its live-action adaptation on Netflix seems to have jump-started a run of the anime getting new figures at a much faster rate. The Wanted Poster Luffy figure selling out almost immediately after it went on sale at this year's New York Comic-Con will do that. Next up is a character who has been introduced in the Netflix version of the show, but not by the name of his newest Funko Pop!, Sniper King.

A lot of video games have been getting adaptations after Sonic and Detective Pikachu seemingly figured out the formula, and this week Five Nights At Freddy's big-screen adaptation hits cinemas. New Pokemon Funko Pops have been coming at us thick and fast as we turn the final corner towards the holiday season, and now there's another one to potentially add to your collection. Mewtwo has had a Funko Pop! for a while, but now a Pearlescent version of the figure is available exclusively through the Pokemon Center (for now). The Pop! looks the same as the regular Mewtwo figure but has a shimmering pearlescent finish to make it extra special.

A recent Pokemon Funko Pop! reveal confirmed collectors are finally about to get something they've been waiting a while for. The arrival of Umbreon. Not only does every other Eeveelution already have its own Funko Pop!, but some of them - Glaceon and Espeon - have had Pops for so long that they now have flocked versions. Umbreon's Pop! is now available for pre-order, as is the Aipom figure that was revealed alongside it last month.

Since then, roughly a dozen mainline games and spinoffs have been released in total, in addition to a full-length feature film adaptation.

It's Wednesday, you know what that means. Well, actually it's Thursday, but since Wednesday has been and gone, we now know what Pop! figures Funko revealed this week, and there were a lot of them. Leading the way were some new additions to the Marvel 60th anniversary collection, and a whole lot of new Stranger Things figures, most of which are based on scenes and characters from season four of the show which debuted on Netflix last year.

Funko Pop! figures aren't just for superheroes and video game characters. McDonald's has been around long enough and somehow has a big enough cast of characters to have a few Funko Pops of its own. Earlier this year, Funko and the fast food chain revealed four McNugget Pop! figures that would be released in time for Halloween. That promise has been kept and all four of the chicken-based collectibles are now on sale at GameStop.

Although the details about its price and release date are yet to be revealed, images of the very first Umbreon Funko Pop! have finally been shown off. That means every Eeveelution now has a Funko Pop! figure, or at least they will once the Umbreon one is released. To tide you over between now and when that time comes, the Flocked Glaceon Funko Pop! is once again available for pre-order.

New York Comic-Con is right around the corner and for Funko Pop! fans that means one thing. New figures are coming. Starting on October 12, Funko has offered up a first look at a few of the special edition Pops that will be on sale during NYCC weekend. A Monkey D. Luffy wanted poster Pop!, and a Dark Magician Girl Yu-Gi-Oh figure. Don't despair if you won't be attending NYCC either as both Pops should be available to buy online.

However, the manga likely has a lot of new fans right now as for the first time, part of its story has been given the live-action treatment. Dropping on Netflix two weeks ago, season one has already been smashing records held by heavy hitters like Wednesday and Stranger Things, pulling in millions of viewers. Now some of those viewers can pick up a couple of new One Piece Funko Pop! figures.

This week is one of the bigger ones during what has been a massive year for video games. That's because not only will Starfield reviews start dropping today, but the rest of us, or at least those of us with early access, will be able to start playing it ourselves starting on Friday. If you don't have early access then Starfield launches on September 6, and from that point on, everyone who wants to can explore the more than 1,000 planets Starfield has to offer and it's all anyone will be talking about for the next few weeks.

Ahead of Starfield's early access launch this week, Xbox has revealed a stupidly adorable Funko Pop based on a character from the game. 

In case it’s not enough to have Vasco as a companion in Starfield, you can also have him as a companion in real life. The official Xbox Gear Shop has revealed an exclusive Starfield Vasco Funko POP! which is available for pre-order now.

Five Nights At Freddy's fans are set to have quite the October if all goes to plan. Not only is the series' live-action movie still slated to hit cinemas that month, but Funko has now revealed it will be releasing a tabletop game based on FNAF right before that. Dubbed Five Nights At Freddy's FightLine, the Funko-created collectibles game will see FNAF fans pit figurines against each other with the goal of ruling over Freddy's Pizzeria.

The Five Nights at Freddy's franchise keeps expanding in 2023. Not only is the series getting a live-action movie adaptation, now it's becoming a tabletop game courtesy of Funko Games.
