Despite releasing in late October 2023, there still haven't been any Funko Pops to accompany the game. In comparison, a Funko Pop of Peter's Advanced suit was released months before the first, with the wave of figures following the games adding an unmasked Peter Parker, Mary Jane, Miles Morales, and Mr. Negative. This could be due to change soon, however, as the first wave of Funko Pops from Insomniac's sequel has been leaked.
[Warning: The following article contains spoilers for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.]According to a reliable Funko leaker, <a href=«https://twitter.com/ScarletJokerTWT/status/1769952335076164068?ref_src=» https: rel=«noopener noreferrer» target="_blank">Scarlet Joker
, the first wave of will feature four of the game's main characters: Peter, Miles, Venom, and Kraven. Peter and Miles are in their Advanced Suit 2.0 and Upgraded Suit, respectively, with Peter having the mechanical arms he starts the game with before getting his symbiote abilities. Both Peter and Miles have transparent stands too, to make them appear to be mid-jump, or in Miles' case, mid-swing. Surprisingly, Venom is a regular-sized Funko Pop, with his tendrils making him appear bigger, but his scale in the game and the famed «19 inches of Venom» collector's statue could have made this character an obvious choice for a Mega or Super-Sized figure.
Scarlet Joker also revealed three exclusive Funko Pops for 's first wave but did state that they're based on early information and things may change. Currently, the exclusives are:
Peter Parker's Symbiote suit is an obvious pick considering the major role it plays in the game's story, although it's not clear whether Scarlet Joker is referring to the more classic Black suit or Insomniac's more jagged, evolved design that it transforms into later in the game as it corrupts Peter, which is actually called the «Symbiote Suit» in-game. Peter's Velocity suit didn't return in , but was an original design for and had its own tie-in comic to explain its origin and its own Marvel Legends figure.
Lastly, Miles' Evolved suit — which he calls the "" — is the suit he ends the game with, and may be his canon suit going forward, so it's understandable why Funko felt the need to adapt it. The suit hasn't been the most warmly received, however, in part because narratively it appeared out of nowhere, unlike Peter's Anti-Venom look which was a major story component, and also because fans didn't like the fact it seems to have been done in a partnership with Adidas, making it feel like a corporate placement rather than a natural suit progression.
It's unclear when these Funko Pops will be released, or where exactly the exclusives will be sold. With Scarlet Joker stating that they will be "", Funko

The Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 version of Venom is crawling into the comics in this year’s Venomverse Reborn event, just a few months after menacing gamers on the PlayStation 5. Even before Spider-Man 2 launched back in October, Venom’s presence in the Insomniac universe was strongly felt and hinted at. Fast traveling, one of the most impressive features of both the PlayStation 5 and Marvel's Spider-Man 2, was also a point of much discussion in development and almost cut as a result. While the PlayStation 5's processing speed allows for quicker gameplay, developers of Marvel's Spider-Man 2 worried that this might lead to less player engagement. The game's design director commented on this.
Funko’s newly announced line of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Pops includes Miles Morales’s infamous Evolved Suit from the end of the game.
