Square Enix has confirmed a glitch in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth blocking players from unlocking the Platinum Trophy will be addressed in the RPG's next update. Currently, a side quest called Can't Stop Won't Stop isn't registering high scores in the G-Bike arcade minigame, which is required to unlock the Platinum Trophy and progress other missions near to the end of the game. The publisher hasn't said when the PS5 patch will arrive, but presumably, it'll be available soon.

I was about 40 hours into my first playthrough of Dragon’s Dogma 2 when a sinking feeling started to settle in. “Wait, am I about to beat the game? Is this the final boss fight?” I thought. Turns out I was, and about 10 minutes into that final confrontation, I pulled the in-game equivalent of the ejection seat lever and quit.

Most games are independent of each other, even if there's a timeline that tries to connect them across three timeline splits and an unclear placement for. The stories can each be experienced separately. And over the years, there are certain story beats that have become expected, or even tradition. Dragon's Dogma 2 has been out and in players' hands for almost a week now, and it's fair to say that although it launched to incredibly positive critic reviews, certain elements haven't been received fantastically by the fanbase. The action-RPG was immediately hit with backlash for its microtransactions, and plenty of people have been left frustrated by the deadly Dragonsplague mechanic, too. 

Romancing is a gaming tradition that goes way back, especially in the RPG genre.

In order to get your Sparks of Awakening in Season 4, players will need to complete a weekly open world quest which seems to rotate from week to week!

Datamining for Phase 3 of Season of Discovery has unearthed the Infernal Lasso, allowing Hunters to lasso a Demon or Beast for 24 seconds, but also mentioning that Lassoed Core Hounds may be tamed. This is likely a followup of sorts to the ability to tame Wyverns that was added in Phase 1, but if it is linked to a rune in the same way remains to be seen. If that is the case, expect a fairly length quest leading to this item and the ability to tame Core Hounds. This also raises the question of «Where would I tame a Core Hound?». Originally Core Hounds could only be found in Molten Core and Upper Blackrock Spire, but with Infernal Lasso requiring level 50, neither of those would be tameable. Alongside this, the spell Lava Breath has been datamined. This has potential to be a unique ability for tamed Core Hounds, separating them from Wyverns which were effectively reskinned Wind Serpents.
