Though the exact drop rates are still a mystery, it seems like players can eventually get a 100% chance to obtain these rare World of Warcraft items via bad luck protection.

An unlucky Kiriko player in Overwatch 2 has been brutalized by an opposing Pharah immediately after teleporting to their low-health Widowmaker. Overwatch 2 recently started its ninth season, named Champions, which primarily focuses on reworking the Competitive suite, resetting the ranks of all players, and adding the new Champion rank. World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore is officially getting Self-Found Mode on February 29. Using this optional restriction, World of Warcraft players will be unable to trade, use the auction house, or send and receive mail, requiring them to rely on their own skills for the ultimate Hardcore experience.

Many Diablo 4 players are asking Blizzard to remove summoning materials because grinding them is so tedious at the moment. After unlocking World Tier 3 and 4 in the game, Diablo 4 players will collect items, including Shards of Agony, Mucus-Slick Eggs, and Living Steel, to summon endgame bosses that offer a real combat challenge. These summoning materials are gathered from Tree of Whispers, World Bosses, Tortured Gifts in Helltides, and high-tier Nightmare Dungeons.

Diablo 4 is getting a new update on February 14, and its major change involves how players interact with Uber Unique items in crafting. Uber Unique items drop very rarely in Diablo 4, but developer Blizzard has slowly been introducing more ways for players to acquire them.

Blizzard has released a major new update for World of Warcraft Classic, kicking off phase 2 of its Season of Discovery. As part of the update, players will now be able to level up all the way to 40, at which point they can take on a new endgame challenge in the form of the Gnomeregan raid.

Blizzard has revealed details for the next update coming to Diablo 4. As part of the update, a major new feature is making its way to the game in the form of Uber Unique Crafting. An Overwatch 2 player claims they were banned from Quick Play for over three and a half years. Unless this ban is lifted prematurely, this unfortunate Overwatch 2 fan won’t be able to queue into this casual game mode until late September 2027.

Microsoft has rejected the Federal Trade Commission's recent complaints about the mass layoffs at Activision. The regulator previously argued that the move could be used as the basis for reversing Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, which was completed in October 2023.

Overwatch 2 players will need at least 38 GB of free space in order to install the patch for Season 9. Once the Overwatch 2 update comes out on February 13, if fans don’t have this spare room on their hard drives, they will have to completely reinstall the game.

Blizzard releases a new update for Diablo 4 to adjust and fix a number of issues currently impacting Season 3 players. Blizzard originally revealed Season of the Construct for Diablo 4 a few weeks back, giving fans a look at what Season 3 is bringing to the table. Taking place in the Kehjistan region, players are facing off against a demon known as Malphas, who has taken over Zoltun Kulle's lab stored with technology and constructs. In addition to delving into new dungeons called Vaults, players would also get access to their own allied construct known as The Seneschal, which could be customized to compliment various playstyles.

Just days after laying off 1,900 workers under the recently acquired Activision Blizzard, Microsoft has become only the second company ever to reach a $3 trillion market value. The recent layoffs by Microsoft were met with inquisition from audiences concerned about the company's profits, though it would seem Microsoft is showing no signs of declining value.

Following the most recent round of layoffs from Microsoft's Xbox division, details about Blizzard's in-development survival game, Odyssey, have now leaked online. Microsoft first announced the major layoffs earlier this week, reporting that 1,900 employees from the company had lost their jobs as a result. The layoffs reportedly saw particularly heavy impact on Microsoft's gaming division, with Activision Blizzard, Xbox, and ZeniMax reportedly seeing the brunt of the layoffs. Now, one of the casualties of the layoffs comes as an in-development survival game from Blizzard.

Blizzard's cancelled survival game, codenamed Odyssey, had been in development for over six years.

It has now come to light that Blizzard made a common mistake game studios do that led to the cancellation of their upcoming title, Odyssey.

Shortly after releasing a hotfix for Diablo 4’s Season of the Construct, Blizzard Entertainment released another.
