Overwatch 2 may bring back Orisa’s Halt ability in the future in some form. While the ability may not be given back to Orisa, the Overwatch 2 development team unanimously liked the ability, and would like to experiment with re-implementing it in the future.
When Overwatch 2 first came out, many characters were drastically changed from their Overwatch 1 counterparts. Overwatch 2 heroes like Doomfist and Bastion went through significant alterations, but nearly every one of Orisa’s abilities was completely changed. One of these abilities, called Halt!, was her old alternate fire, which launched a graviton charge that pulled enemies towards the center and slowed them when detonated.
However, according to lead hero designer Alec Dawson, the devs would love to revive the ability originally lost during Orisa's Overwatch 2 rework. During theOverwatch 2 Creator Summit, Dawson and other devs met with content creators across the world to talk shop about the future of the game. During a conversation with mL7support, Dawson admitted the team was fond of Halt!, and would love to explore bringing it back in some way. “Two-stage abilities are quite difficult to get right,” he said. “We thought [Halt!] actually did a pretty good job at it!” Though Overwatch 2 has nothing in the works for it right now, players might see it come back in the future.
Halt! was a popular ability back when Orisa had access to it. Fan reception to Dawson’s comment has been overall positive, with many players expressing how much they miss the old Orisa. While Halt! will probably not return to Orisa’s kit, as her Overwatch 2 rework made Orisa a more engaging frontline hero, it seems like fans would be glad to see the unique ability return to the game in some form in the future.
There are plenty of other old abilities players would love to see return to Overwatch 2. Doomfist’s Rising Uppercut back when he was a DPS hero, plus Symmetra’s Photon Barrier and Photon Shield, are particularly popular skills, though some fans would love to see polarizing abilities like Cassidy’s Flashbang return as well. Though Overwatch 2 is considering a rework for Cassidy, fans shouldn't get their hopes up for the return of his controversial stun grenade.
Overwatch 2 also revealed some other updates coming to the game soon at the Creator Summit. Players can expect buffs to Junkrat and Illari, nerfs to Zenyatta, and changes for D.Va, Roadhog, Zarya, Tracer, Hanzo, Lucio, and Mercy in a patch on February 21, with adjustments to Widowmaker planned for the future. Overall, the developer is satisfied with Overwatch 2’s controversial health and projectile changes, though some numbers will be tweaked accordingly. The Overwatch 2 Creator Summit is still ongoing, so fans should

An Overwatch 2 fan just broke the game with Roadhog’s Chain Hook by transforming the iconic ability into a teleporter that seemingly brought its target to two places at once. This mind-bending Overwatch 2 clip gets more confusing the longer players look at it.
With 7 years passed since the last game was released, us Mass Effect fans have spent many an N7 day holding out for another opportunity to return to its sci-fi world. That time has finally come, but maybe not in the format you'd expect. That's right, there's a Mass Effect board game in the works. What's even better is it's coming from Modiphius, a studio with a history of creating some of the best board games that also happen to be adaptations of beloved action RPGs. Taking a look at Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms or their work on the Fallout franchise should give you a good idea of what quality we can expect. Mass Effect the Board Game - Priority: Hagalaz will be a story-focused cooperative experience for 1-4 players. It's designed by Eric M. Lang and Calvin Wong Tze Loon and will be set "during the events of Mass Effect 3." Modiphius has already given some insight into the game's story: "It is the year 2186, and the Reapers have invaded the galaxy. Because the Council ignored Commander Shepard’s warnings, the Citadel Races are overwhelmed and on the verge of losing the war. Aboard the Normandy, Shepard carries out missions to prepare the Crucible, an ancient alien superweapon, for a last-chance attempt to defeat the Reapers." Like the original games, you'll have the freedom to shape your crew's story each time you play: "Card-driven AI and evolving stories respond to your actions – your early choices influence later missions." Hopefully, this'll make for some fun Paragon/Renegade roleplaying.

Though the new player power feature seems exciting at baseline, some World of Warcraft fans are worried the disparity of themes between Hero Talents like Elune's Chosen and the Herald of the Sun could become problematic.
