Starfield update 1.10.30 is now available to download for select PC players. This release introduces over 500 changes to the space-faring RPG, including some highly requested gameplay features, like the ability to set the protagonist's poses and expressions in Starfield's Photo Mode.

It was only a matter of time. Microsoft had already acquired Bethesda, but now it looks like it is embracing one of its newly acquired franchises, Fallout. Fallout fans might be waiting a good while before the next major installment makes its way into the marketplace. Otherwise, you’ll have to stick with the supported Fallout 76 game, which continues to see new updates. Bethesda Game Studios’ Starfield has a patch entering the Steam Beta tomorrow, but in the meantime, a new hotfix is live on all platforms. It addresses a bug that would occasionally cause certain quests to “disable,” which doesn’t sound so bad until you can’t complete a questline.

Former Xbox console exclusives Hi-Fi Rush and Sea of Thieves are both confirmed to be coming to PS5 in the coming months. Hi-Fi Rush is slated to make the jump to PS5 on March 19 with Sea of Thieves joining later on April 30.

As the rumors claimed, Tango Gameworks’ Hi-Fi Rush is coming to PS5 on March 18th. Interestingly, the announcement trailer came from Bethesda’s Latin America YouTube channel and has since gone private. While it will launch four titles on other platforms (rumored to be Hi-Fi Rush, Sea of Thieves, Pentiment and Grounded), there’s no change to Xbox’s philosophy regarding exclusives. 2023 was a brutal year for the games industry with its never-ending wave of layoffs, but 2024 is somehow turning out to be significantly worse. Less than a month into the year, the industry has already seen thousands of jobs being cut, and another significant number has now been added to that total, with IGN reporting that Microsoft’s gaming division is cutting 1,900 jobs out of its total workforce of about 22,000.

Yesterday, we reported on early leaks for what’s coming next to The Elder Scrolls Online. Now, we know the leak was largely correct, but didn’t really reveal anything tangible at all. Today we can report on Bethesda’s official announcements.

From combat to stealth to traversal, the whip can be used for a variety of gameplay actions, and MachineGames has spoken about the process of ensuring that it felt right when players were in control.

Of course, in the lead-up to the game’s showing, whether it would be a third-person experience or a first-person one like MachineGames has been known to make was a question that was being asked by many. That question has been answered.

MachineGames unveiled Indiana Jones and the Great Circle at the recent Xbox Developer_Direct, confirming that the first-person action-adventure game will be launching later this year. Plenty of gameplay was showcased and new details were shared- along with who will be playing the titular role, which, of course, is a question that many have asked since the game was first confirmed to be in development in 2021.

MachineGames and Bethesda appeared at the Xbox Developer Direct to finally pull the curtain back on the Indiana Jones game, which is now officially titled Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.
