Though details on the paid expansion are slim, Bethesda seemingly confirmed it focuses on the House Va'ruun.

Following the release of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3’s Season 3 Reloaded update this week, dataminers have unearthed compelling evidence that the shooter is set for a number of eye-catching collaborations for Season 4.

Update: Sucker Punch says it's put a stop to the freezing problem that's been plaguing Ghost of Tsushima since the release of its latest update. Patch 2.19 adds support for crossplay, but after installing it, players were quick to report a stuttering and hitching issue that occurred frequently during gameplay. For some, it was so bad that the title basically became unplayable, across both the single-player adventure and the Legends co-op mode.

The highly rated co-op adventure that is Sea of Thieves has arrived on PS5, marking developer Rare's first ever release on PlayStation platforms, if you can believe it. Around three months ago, a flurry of rumors suggested that Microsoft was preparing many Xbox exclusive games to go multiplatform, including heavyweights like Gears of War, Starfield, and the upcoming Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Shortly after those rumors, Microsoft broadcast a 'business update event' where Xbox executives revealed that a few games were indeed making the jump to PlayStation and/or Nintendo Switch consoles. These games turned out to be Hi-Fi Rush, Pentiment, Grounded, and Sea of Thieves. Bethesda Game Studios is fixing one of the worst things about Starfield — its maps. The lack of readable maps was one of my biggest gripes with the spacefaring adventure game; regardless of how many times I visited a city, I got lost. Thankfully, that’s changing. It’s an essential part of Starfield’s latest patch, which is currently in beta, that also adjusts several other annoying issues with the game. Bethesda doesn’t have a release date for the patch just yet, but it shouldn’t be too long.

A new developer stream for Star Wars: The Old Republic showed a surprising feature on the way in Game Update 7.5. Players will be able to earn their own farmstead on the planet of Dantooine after completing a quest chain. The cozy feature will come with a Spring Abundance festival, which includes the surprisingly comfortable activities of “seed collecting, dancing, pie-baking, animal rehabilitation, and a galactic egg hunt,” according to a press release.

PlayStation Plus is getting some exciting new additions in May, allowing subscribers to pick up a variety of games and keep them as long as a subscription is active. A small selection of rotating monthly titles is available to download across all three tiers of the service, which offer varying degrees of benefits for different price points. On the more costly Extra and Premium tiers, May will also bring new entries to a more permanent catalog that consistently adds more games than it loses.

The internal testing branch for Diablo 4's expansion Vessel of Hatred seems to have moved out of the Alpha stage, indicating it is now in Beta. Sand Land, the new open-world action-adventure based on one of Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama’s lesser-known works is out now, and its surprisingly complex for an anime adaptation. One of things you’re going to want to do early on to make your life easier is upgrade your home base of Spino Town. One of first and most important updates for Spino is the Workshop, which will allow you to forge special materials right in town, which makes crafting new vehicles and parts less of a hassle. You’ll have to complete a series of sidequests in order to get the Workshop, but don’t worry, we’ll walk you through it…

Starfield, the excellent Digipick puzzle game surrounded by 80 hours of sci-fi mediocrity, is getting a performance update on Xbox Series X that unlocks frame rates above 30 fps. Starfield's May update adds the option to target 30 fps, 40 fps, 60 fps or an uncapped frame rate — for displays that support VRR running at 120hz. Displays without VRR will have the choice of 30 fps or 60 fps.

Though Xbox mighthold a digital showcase focusing entirely on the next Call of Duty game next month; it appears Activision might reveal the next game sooner than that, as data miners have found information that indicates a reveal could happen this month.

Bethesda has given Starfield fans a first look at what might be its most-anticipated feature yet: land vehicles.

One of the big complaints about Starfield is how empty its planets are. Walking from objective to objective is often a slog as there's nothing in-between, but there's no way to cut across these distances any faster. That's finally going to change.

A bug is missing from Dragonflight Season 4, as the Amber Skitterfly mount from Trading Post apparently doesn't exist! Lacking a preview and absent from the collections tabs, purchasing the mount consumes 600 Tender and awards absolutely nothing in return. While it is very likely that Blizzard corrects this bugged bug with either a refund of the Trader's Tender or ideally adding the mount to collection tabs directly, players on the fence about it or simply concerned about their limited stock of traders tender may want to avoid purchasing the mount for the time being. With the great amount of problematic bugs present in Season 4, this is one bug players will actually miss. This is clearly not a Skitterfly, and the Trading Post fails to generate a preview, and the mount is similarly absent from collection tabs.Update: Blizzard has just released a bluepost indicating that a bug fix for the bugged bug mount should be coming soon.
