The Ace of Nightmares has finally been found, just in time for the Darkmoon Faire to go live tomorrow! The most elusive of the new Phase 3 Darkmoon Faire cards, the Ace of Nightmares is an integral part of the turn-in for the Darkmoon Card: Torment, a new trinket available as of Phase 3 of Season of Discovery. Up until now, no one had reported the location of this card's holder — but, on the eve of the Darkmoon Faire, Wowhead user Rfivealive555 reported that the card drops from Dreamscythe and Weaver in the new Sunken Temple raid! The four new Darkmoon Decks debuting in Phase 3 provide several powerful trinkets after turning them in, including Darkmoon Card: Torment and Darkmoon Card: Sandstorm. With the discovery of the Ace of Nightmares, all the important Ace cards have now been found — so you can theoretically grab the trinket you want this Darkmoon Faire!

The Darkmoon Faire is now live on Season of Discovery Realms in Elwynn Forest from April 7 through April 13 — time to turn in your new Darkmoon Cards! One of the best parts of Classic Hardcore was absolutely the hilarious death clips that popped up. Entire channels were able to skyrocket themselves with death compilations alone. One of the most iconic of these was Guzu's hole in one in Sunken Temple at level 52. A perfect storm permanently killing his character by threading the needle into the infamous pit of death. It looks like the Season of Discovery team were watching the same clips we were, and a new NPC, the Unfortunate Adventurer has shown up in our datamining. Looks fairly familiar, doesn't he? While we don't know for sure where this NPC will pop up, I'd say it's a fairly safe bet to assume you can find him in the Sunken Temple raid.

Continuing to datamine Phase 3 of WoW Classic Season of Discovery, we've found several level 40-50 dungeon drops updated with new stats better itemized for their intended classes! The majority of these updates reduce the amount of spirit on several all pieces of gear, while increasing spell power or adjusting the speed and damage range on a handful of weapons. This is especially helpful to healers and casters broadening their pool of useful gear, though melee also benefit from more focused stats.

Senior Game Producer for World of Warcraft Tom Ellis has recently shared Blizzard's ideas on Wrath Classic realm consolidation ahead of Cataclysm Classic. They are looking for player feedback, and started out with explaining an idea they are toying with: Combining Faerlina-US and Benediction-US, two high-populated servers that are both weighted 99% in favor of one faction. «One Horde, one Alliance, and almost equal in player size.» In the very next paragraph however, Tom notes that there is a real problem in players on those two realms not necessarily wanting that kind of PvP experience.
