In Phase 3 of Season of Discovery, three new Shoulder Enchants have been discovered that are directly tied to Alchemists. The Flask of Nightmarish Mojo, a new craftable flask in Phase 3, can be used as currency with Zalgo the Explorer to obtain these new enchantments.

Blizzard has adjusted two more SoD phase 3 items via hotfixes the morning of April 8th. The first is the Membrane of Dark Neurosis, one of the new Epic Crafting Items players unlocked yesterday. This item received the following changes:

Blizzard has introduced new Account Restrictions in Season of Discovery for accounts which the first paid month has not yet fully passed. If you added game time for the first time to your account, you will not be able to trade with other players, use the auction house or in-game mails in Season of Discovery until the first 30 days have passed.

With the new Sunken Temple Level-Up Raid in Phase 3 of Season of Discovery by far being the hardest raid since SoD released, Blizzard had early on said that they were prepared to nerf it. While we already saw significant nerfs to boss health across the board just a few days ago, Shade of Eranikus was still putting up a fight for most groups. Until now! It has been reported that an update went live while players were still in the instance, bringing the boss's health down to 1.45 million. The boss went live with around 4 million HP, which goes to show you how large this nerf really is. And it seems it's not just the health that was nerfed. Players have reported on Reddit that some of the boss abilities were hit with the nerf bat, and we've been able to gather the data to show exactly which abilities were changed:

The Ace of Nightmares has finally been found, just in time for the Darkmoon Faire to go live tomorrow! The most elusive of the new Phase 3 Darkmoon Faire cards, the Ace of Nightmares is an integral part of the turn-in for the Darkmoon Card: Torment, a new trinket available as of Phase 3 of Season of Discovery. Up until now, no one had reported the location of this card's holder — but, on the eve of the Darkmoon Faire, Wowhead user Rfivealive555 reported that the card drops from Dreamscythe and Weaver in the new Sunken Temple raid! The four new Darkmoon Decks debuting in Phase 3 provide several powerful trinkets after turning them in, including Darkmoon Card: Torment and Darkmoon Card: Sandstorm. With the discovery of the Ace of Nightmares, all the important Ace cards have now been found — so you can theoretically grab the trinket you want this Darkmoon Faire!

After a lot of questioning and confusing as to what the use of Emerald Chip is, players have finally reached a high enough reputation to find out that they are used to purchase items at Revered and Exalted with Emerald Wardens. This currency is rewarded for completing Nightmare Incursions in Feralas and the Hinterlands, with each quest within the dream awarding 1 Emerald Chip. Prices vary from 50 to 75 Emerald Chip's per item.

After a few days of double storms spawning, it seems like we have a clear weather forecast, as storms are once again down to one at time, sometimes down to zero. This is like a bug and not intentional. This issue started Friday around the daily reset time. Friday is also the mid-week World Quest reset day, but it is unsure if something then caused it. The Darkmoon Faire is making its first appearance in Phase 3 of Season of Discovery, and while players can experience the expected Faire foods, games, and prizes, there is a new addition to the Darkmoon Faire in Phase 3: new Darkmoon Decks to turn in. It's day three of Phase 3 in Season of Discovery, and almost every Rune has been found — but some have trickier information to find than others. We've been hard at work scouring the database, user comments, and digging around in Season of Discovery to bring you the discovery steps for the newest Runes, but some have still eluded us — take a look! Our Rune coverage has brought us to all corners of Azeroth, and only one elusive Rune now remains unsolved — the Rune of Light's Grace for Paladins. This Rune teaches the Light's Grace spell, reducing the cast time of Holy Light, and unfortunately, there aren't many leads on its location. The running theory is that this Rune is somehow related to the datamined NPC Injured Gnome, but this mysterious Knight is nowhere to be found — at least, not yet. We don't know for certain that this NPC is connected to the Rune, but the name is suggestive since Light's Grace is a healing spell. Aside from Light's Grace, some Runes have spotty information associated with them. While we know the broad strokes of how to find and earn these Runes, the finer details have eluded us — things such as NPC names, complete coordinates, or in some situations bugs associated with them that make earning them more difficult:

In the first week of Phase 3, Blizzard has observed that players are favoring Nightmare Incursions over other forms of leveling. In order to make additional leveling methods more competitive, Blizzard has announced that they will be increasing the experience buff of Discoverer's Delight and reducing the amount of experience earned from Nightmare Incursions early next week. Players that purchase the new Emerald Ring from the Emerald Warden Reputation vendors will be in for a pleasant surprise when they activate the on use effect.
