James McCaffrey, the voice behind the iconic Max Payne and Alan Wake 2's Alex Casey, has passed away at 65.

Warner Bros. has released new pictures of season 2 of critically acclaimed show The Last of Us, showcasing Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey reprising their roles of Joel and Ellie respectively.

A sequel to Red, White & Royal Blue is in the works from Prime Video. Nicholas Galitzine and Taylor Zakhar Perez are both reprising their roles as Prince Henry and Alex Claremont-Diaz, Matthew López, director and writer of the first film, returns to write the script. And for anyone who’s worried that the sequel movie might not capture the book’s spirit, don’t worry — author Casey McQuiston will also be co-writing the script.

For videogames, he was most famous for playing Max Payne across all three games but he was prevalent in a lot of big games. They include Alone in the Dark, Alan Wake, Control, and most recently in Alan Wake 2.

Entourage star Kevin Dillon has given us some sad news today. James McCaffrey, known for his role as the voice of the titular character from the Max Payne series has died at 65. TMZ reports that McCaffrey passed away as a result of a battle with multiple myeloma.

A representative for McCaffrey told the publication that the actor, who is known for roles across Control and the Max Payne and Alan Wake franchises, died of multiple myeloma, and that he was surrounded by friends and family at the time of his death.
