Scrooge McDuck would never pay full price for his Disney Lorcana cards, and neither should you. Right now, Amazon is offering discounts on booster display boxes, packs, and starter decks for Disney Lorcana. Display boxes for Lorcana’s first expansion, Rise of the Floodborn, are currently on sale for $130.35 (was $143.99), while boxes from the newer Into the Inklands set are discounted to just $118.88, their lowest prices to date. Each display box contains a total of 24 booster packs with a guaranteed spread of rare cards in each pack.

Goodbye, App Store Suika Game clones. The real thing has finally arrived on iOS for players outside of Japan. Suika Game, the watermelon puzzle game that went viral on Nintendo Switch last year, is available to download for $2.99 on Apple’s App Store, making it playable on iPhone and iPad. The title for the official version is “Suika Game-Aladdin X” and it comes from XGIMI Limited.

Pokemon added Clefiary and Teddiursa to its Squishmallows collection at the end of 2023 and has been relatively quiet about what's coming next since then. No surprise really as it tends to add two new Pokemon at a time with roughly six months between reveals. Dragonite was confirmed to be the next Pokemon Squishmallow, but it's still not on sale, and there's still no sign of what its partner Squishmallow will be. Well, there wasn't until Squishmallows confirmed who it will be via a new teaser video.

The latest update for Helldivers 2 is here, and it ought to shake up the game in a fairly significant way. The big news is that the level cap is increasing from 50 all the way to 150. Meanwhile, Arrowhead Studios have also added a couple of new planetary hazards (blizzards and sandstorms), rebalanced a long list of weapons, tweaked the specifics of how certain missions work, and more.

Fisher Price has been shrinking characters from popular culture down to size for its Little People Collector's Sets for years. The residents of Halloween Town and the cast of Stranger Things are just two examples of characters who have their very own sets. Now Master Chief and a few other famous faces from Halo will be joining them as a Little People set based on Xbox's flagship series has been revealed and will launch this summer.

Just days after revealing the smartphones that are to benefit from the Xiaomi HyperOS update, the company has now announced that several Poco smartphones will get the same. The update was introduced in February this year but was limited to a handful of devices. While the new Poco X6 Pro came with HyperOS out of the box and Poco M6 Pro and M4 5G received it later on, other Poco smartphones still featured MIUI, but not anymore. Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire shattered expectations with a staggering $80 million domestic opening, the second-biggest opening of the year behind Dune: Part Two’s $82.5M. Much the same as last year, AI remains the talk of the town at GDC 2024. Roblox Studio has announced a new generative AI-based character creator. Graphics card manufacturer Nvidia unveiled a new AI-powered chip, sending its stock price skyrocketing. And behind closed doors, Ubisoft demonstrated something of its own to a small collection of the press: a partnership with Inworld AI to create a prototype for «Newly Evolving NPCs», or NEO NPCs as Ubisoft calls them.

I'm still genuinely astonished by the amount of Phasmophobia-likes that have spawned from the viral success of Kinetic Games' co-op ghost-hunting romp. I went through a phase of exclusively playing these types of games in which I uncovered some real gems like Devour and Forewarned, and I just might have found another in the somewhat clumsily named but innovative take on the genre, Ghost Bros.

Connections is the latest puzzle game from the New York Times. The game tasks you with categorizing a pool of 16 words into four secret (for now) groups by figuring out how the words relate to each other. The puzzle resets every night at midnight and each new puzzle has a varying degree of difficulty. Just like Wordle, you can keep track of your winning streak and compare your scores with friends.

The release date, details about new cards, and product sets for ’s expansion have been revealed, though a lot still remains in secrecy. is an expansion of the series, initiated in 2023. Joining everything else Monster Hunter in 2024 is a team-up with Secretlab, its new Fatalis collection introducing a high-end gaming chair and a limited edition lumbar pillow, both given a Monster Hunter makeover.

Hogwarts Legacy will send you to all corners of its magical world, including areas well beyond the corridors and classrooms of Hogwarts itself. Exploration is a big part of the game, as you're largely free to roam about as you see fit. However, exploration in Hogwarts Legacy is often more like a puzzle than anything else, and players have quickly discovered that climbing the Battlements near Falbarton Castle requires more than just nimble feet.

Scream is a franchise in free fall. After two successful quasi-reboot sequels, and a plan to seemingly move away from the series’ roots, it seems that Paramount and Spyglass Media are bringing Neve Campbell back to Scream. The actor announced her return to the series on Tuesday, but didn’t provide any further details on what the story of Scream 7 would be.

Free League’s Blade Runner: The Roleplaying Game came out of the gate strong in 2022 with a fabulous core rulebook and a stellar starter set, both of which we’ve heaped praise on here at Polygon. Controversial Kick streamer Adin Ross has had to cancel an upcoming boxing match due to threats of legal action from Misfits Boxing. The popular Kick streamer was set to host a boxing match on March 16, but the event has now been postponed because of possible legal ramifications.

Digimon turns 25 this year and a lengthy stream from its creators over the weekend revealed some of what's planned to mark the occasion. Unfortunately, there wasn't much to write home about. However, the reveal that an upgraded version of Digimon's Digivices will return, and are already available to pre-order, saved the stream somewhat.

Over the years, there have been many games, all with a variety of different items. Some items only make an appearance once, and others are seen throughout the franchise. With items doing different things, it's hard to know which one is best and how to use it in the best possible way. Items can help to attack other opponents, defend, or get players from 12th place to 1st quickly, but some items do a lot more than just that.

The latest season of Fortnite content is upon us, and this time Epic Games has opened Pandora’s Box and introduced a bunch of mythological skins. You’ll be able to unlock the entire pantheon of Greek Gods, including – but not limited to – Zeus, Hades, Aphrodite, and Cerberus. In addition, new locations inspired by Ancient Greece will be added to the island, like Mount Olympus and the Underworld.

Pre-orders for physical copies of the PS5’s upcoming Stellar Blade have opened in South Korea, and the goodies are stunning. As spotted by a Shift Up fan account, buyers can choose between a vinyl soundtrack or a themed USB stick, with the former sporting some particularly fetching artwork. In fact, we’re not sure why this isn’t the box art, because it looks absolutely incredible.

Ben Affleck’s 2016 action movie The Accountant has a surprisingly big cult following. Despite somewhat lackluster performance at the box office, fans of the movie (including Affleck himself) have been hoping for a sequel for years, and now it finally seems like it’s happening. Amazon MGM and Artists Equity, Affleck’s production company, have acquired the rights to the series from Warner Bros. and are moving forward with The Accountant 2, the companies announced Thursday.

The books in DC Comics’ Black Label imprint are defined by top-of-their-game writers and artists telling standalone stories too big for continuity at a high production value. And Zatanna: Bring Down the House, coming this summer from Mariko Tamaki and Javier Rodríguez, checks all of those boxes with a big marker.

My biggest beef with trading card games, a genre now in its fourth decade of existence, is just how hard it is to get ahold of the damned cards. The challenge of searching inside random packs is obvious, of course, but two other obstacles loom large. On one side of the spectrum, you have newer games like Disney Lorcana,where sometimes there just aren’t enough cards being manufactured to meet demand. On the other, you have more established games like Magic: The Gathering, where the very best cards in a set can only be found in quantity on the secondary market. That’s why fairly mid Commander decks can run you, at minimum, a couple hundred dollars each.

Fortnite Chapter 5: Season 2 has arrived. Dubbed «Myths & Mortals,» the latest season of Epic Games popular battle royale is themed around Greek mythology and its various gods and goddesses. As today marks the start of a new season (after the usual downtime, of course), there's a new battle pass to earn and it features plenty of great skins.
