MultiVersus developer Player First Games has finally revealed the game's first new character since Marvin the Martian back in 2022, as the completion of a MultiVersus ARG has revealed that Batman's arch-enemy The Joker is joining the roster.

MultiVersus will get its big re-release later this month, and it’ll be bringing a brand-new character to the brawl: the Joker, voiced by Mark Hamill. Following the character’s initial cinematic unveiling, here’s a better look at his gameplay, along with some unique dialogue between him and his face-painted bae, Harley Quinn.

Arleen Sorkin, the original voice behind Batman: The Animated Series’ Harley Quinn, died last Saturday. The actress, who was known for her role as Calliope Jones on the long-running soap opera drama Days of Our Lives and her work as a writer on 1990’s Tiny Toon Adventures, was 67.
