Don't Nod Entertainment, known for creating the Life Is Strange franchise, has released the trailer for the new game Lost Records: Bloom & Rage. This is one of seven games that Don't Nod has in development, along with puzzler Koira and a still-unnamed action RPG.

According to a new press release, Don’t Nod, the developer and publisher behind popular narrative-heavy games like Life is Strange and Tell Me Why, has a whopping seven games in development.

Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is shaping up to be an intriguing narrative adventure for fans of the original Life is Strange games, but despite having four main characters at the forefront of the story, it turns out that we'll only be able to play as one of them. 

The developers behind the Life is Strange remaster, spin-offs Before the Storm and True Colors, and The Expanse: A Telltale Series, Deck Nine, have laid off 20% of the studio’s staff due to “the game industry’s worsening market conditions”. The latest job losses are the second wave of layoffs at the company in the last 12 months.

An IGN report states the studio employed 100-130 employes, which means over 20 people are set to face job cuts.

In Geoff Keighley's Advert Amphitheatre today they announced Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, a new spooky story about young friends who encountered something strange in the summer of 1995 then became very much not friends for decades after.
