The New World Team has just announced its first paid expansion, New World: Rise of the Angry Earth. Launching on October 3, Adventurers can discover the story behind the fall of First Light and the rise of the Elysian Wilds. In addition to the transformed zone, there will be mounts for faster travel, a new Flail weapon, a new gear rarity called Artifacts, and progression changes.
Players can also look forward to Season 3 launching at the same time. Complete a new Season Pass, explore revamped mainline story quests, experience open world PvP changes, and more.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is set to be a much bigger game than its predecessors, with developer Insomniac Games having confirmed that the upcoming sequel’s open world New York will be roughly twice as large as the previous two entries in the series. New boroughs are being added in the form of Queens (where Aunt May’s house can also be visited) and Brooklyn, while Coney Island will also be present– though it seems one notable NYC landmark won’t be present in the game.
