With Midwinter Blight just ending in Sanctuary, one of the relatively few ways to obtain new, free cosmetics has been removed from Diablo 4. That doesn't mean these cosmetics were a one-time deal, though — in a reply to a comment on his post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Global Diablo Community Development Director Adam Fletcher revealed some big news about what we can look forward to over the year in Diablo 4.

Fletcher confirmed that more events like the recent Midwinter Blight will be added to the game over time, which will allow players to unlock more cosmetic rewards.
This means players will have more opportunities to unlock free and dropped cosmetics for their characters, likely themed around events, instead of relying exclusively on Tejal's Shop.
Other Blizzard games like World of Warcraft are familiar with holiday specific events such as Love is in the Air and Hallow's End. Could this mean we'll see Valentine's Day and Halloween events like in WoW? Or would we see other, different holidays celebrated in Sanctuary?
