The 27th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards are coming up soon, where a panel of game development industry professionals will highlight what they felt were the best of the best games of 2023 across 23 different categories. And a month ahead of the awards show, the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) has revealed the full list of nominees.
A total of 56 games are nominated across all categories, with Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 leading the way with nine nominations in total. It is followed by Alan Wake 2 with eight nominations, Baldur’s Gate 3 with seven, and Cocoon with six. All four are also nominated for the Game of the Year category, alongside The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, which is nominated in five categories in total.
The 27th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards are scheduled for February 15, and will be hosted by Kinda Funny’s Greg Miller and IGN’s Stella Chung. Stay tuned for updates on which games come out as the big winners of the ceremony.
