FF7 Rebirth Exclusivity Window Will Only Last Three Months

The Binding of Isaac is probably one of the most influential games in the roguelike space. While it wasn’t the first to adopt the stylings and progression systems of iconic 1980 dungeon crawler Rogue, it certainly did a lot to popularize the format, helping spawn a surge in randomized run-based games. Now the addition of online multiplayer means you’ll finally be able to play The Binding of Isaac Repentance co-op with your friends over the internet.

Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth has received new gameplay and details thanks to various hands-on impressions over the past few days. However, the development team hosted a stage event at Tokyo Game Show 2023 to show off even more, from The Grasslands and its mini-games to more combat. Square Enix showcased over 30 minutes of gameplay footage and a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth focused on mini-games playable in the Grasslands during its Tokyo Game Show 2023 stage event.

There are several new pieces of information stemming from the demo and its related developer interviews, indicating many character and story surprises, as well as new and improved gameplay features. The title is a direct sequel to and will continue telling the story of Cloud and his Avalanche companions as they venture through Gaia after the destruction of a large portion of Midgar.
