Wowhead Statement on Datamining Dragonflight Patch 10.2.6

Patch 10.2.6 added a Dragonflight meta achievement, A World Awoken — This achievement requires you to complete a plethora of activity all around the Dragon Isles to help usher in a new Age of Dragons. This achievement awards the mount Good Boy's Leash, which gives Taivan as a mount. This not only allows players to prepare for and plan out the builds they'd like to test and experiment with the now-live PTR, but it will also remain after the PTR has closed, so keep it in mind when you're struck with an idea two weeks from now about which Aspects interact best with the Season 4 class updates and uniques! While the Build Planner does not currently showcase Greater and Tempered Affixes, we are currently working tirelessly to implement this functionality for our readers, and they will be available shortly. We've datamined some significant Mythic+ changes for Dragonflight Season 5!Highlights

With Dragonflight Patch 10.2.6, over 300 Burning Crusade era weapon appearances have been datamined, including numerous recolors of popular pieces of gear like the Shard of Azzinoth, Zhar'doom, Greatstaff of the Devourer, and Thori'dal, the Stars' Fury! As with the Tier 2 armor set recolors also found in this update, the models do not appear associated with any items just yet though, leaving it unclear when, if, or how they might be obtained in the future. While these are all new entries into the item appearances database, some of them are not actually new recolors and appear to be identical to the original versions already available in the game. Others appear to be brand new or otherwise unused though, such as a one-handed version of Axe of the Gronn Lords that isn't currently available to players in-game or the odd Pistol Shot model added in Legion — let us know in the comments below if you spot anything else that stands out!
