Diablo 4's Global Community Development Director, Adam Fletcher has announced that the development team will be hosting a live stream to address player feedback from the recent Season 4 PTR.
We are excited that we could focus the majority of the season on your feedback and the PTR held barely anything back. There are still a few small items that we kept in store that will round out the season and we look forward to everyone jumping into the full season next month.
We plan on discussing that along with the other changes based off player feedback from the PTR in an upcoming stream. We will have more news and dates for that stream soon!

From April 2 to April 9, the Diablo development team opened up its first Public Test Realm for players to provide feedback on massive gameplay changes to itemization and systems like Helltide. The release date for Metaphor: ReFantazio has been confirmed during a 30-minute developer livestream.
It turns out the Diablo 4 team didn't quite bring everything to bear in Season 4's Public Test Realm, as there are "a few small" extra items to come at launch.
In a recent Reddit thread, Diablo 4 Global Community Development Director Adam Fletcher seemed to confirm that the previously datamined Season 4 theme involving the Iron Wolves was accurate. Fletcher stated that «most people have seen some of the things that got out regarding the Season,» implying that information that «got out» was accurate. While this information was previously reported as speculation, it's highly likely that at least a portion of it is correct, based off Fletcher's response.

One of the Diablo 4 devs has revealed that rewards for Tormented Bosses will be tweaked before the release of Season 4. Blizzard is looking at feedback regarding high Veiled Crystal costs associated with the new Codex of Power in the Diablo 4 PTR, and could be reducing costs in the future. While many materials have received changes in the PTR, in some cases completely overhauling their systems, Veiled Crystal have become a pain point — what was once an incredibly common material has now become much rarer, and high costs are eating through lowered supplies. Blizzard has not committed to a firm change yet, however they've noted that the feedback regarding these Crystals is common.
