Players logging in to Diablo 4 this afternoon were greeted with an annual end-of-season message outlining what to expect regarding their Seasonal Characters and Seasonal Stash at the end of Season 3: Season of the Construct — the process remains identical to previous seasons, so veteran Seasonal players aren’t in for any surprises! At the end of Season 3, all Seasonal Characters are automatically transferred to the Eternal Realm and their entire Seasonal Stash transfers with them — Hardcore Seasonal Characters and their stash will instead transfer to the Hardcore Eternal Realm. Transferred items will then be accessible in a new Withdraw Only Stash tab until the end of Season 4.Season 4: Loot Reborn begins on May 14 at 10 a.m.

In a recent Reddit thread, Diablo 4 Global Community Development Director Adam Fletcher seemed to confirm that the previously datamined Season 4 theme involving the Iron Wolves was accurate.
Fletcher stated that «most people have seen some of the things that got out regarding the Season,» implying that information that «got out» was accurate. While this information was previously reported as speculation, it's highly likely that at least a portion of it is correct, based off Fletcher's response.
I think most people have seen some of the things that got out regarding the Season in PTR. We will add some light to those items in the upcoming stream. A majority of the work has been built around the theme of this new season which is «Loot Reborn» as this is greatly changing the game going forward in both Eternal/Seasonal and is the start of a new D4 experience as we head into Vessel of Hatred and beyond.
The Diablo 4 development team will reveal more information about the Season 4 theme, mechanic, and questline in an upcoming Developer Livestream. For now, we know that the «Loot Reborn» placeholder that was present on the Diablo 4 PTR was accurate, as Fletcher confirmed that the theme of the upcoming Season was, in fact, used on the login screen for players experiencing the upcoming gameplay and systems changes.
