The Trade Authority is a major chain of vendors found throughout the Settled Systems of . They are infamous for their open trade policy. They'll take anything you have to sell, including contraband. You can find both official Trade Authority shops and smaller kiosks in the major towns and settlements of .
Kiosks are small stands that appear in city entrances and shipyards. These kiosks have 5,000 Credits available every 24 hours. You can't sell contraband from kiosks, but you can sell regular items. If you want to purchase goods from the Trade Authority or sell contraband, you'll have to find one of their six storefronts, which have 12,000 Credits to give each day.

The first Trade Authority storefront you're likely to come across is the New Atlantis storefront. If you want to find this shop, head to one of the elevators on the city's surface and go to the Well. This is an excellent shopping district with a wide range of storefronts. The Trade Authority shop is to the left of the elevator from the spaceport.
The Cydonia Trade Authority shop is harder to find than its New Atlantis counterpart. It doesn't have the same huge sign as in New Atlantis, as it shares the same small white sign as other Cydonia businesses. You'll need to go further into Cydonia to find the Trade Authority shop. Once you walk past the Broken Spear, head down a long ramp. The Trade Authority shop is to your right between a warning sign and some vending machines.

Akila City has its own Trade Authority shop sporting the same dull yellow sign as New Atlantis. When you enter Akila City, you'll find two businesses; the Hitching Post and GalBank, where players can defuse a hostage situation and eventually join the Freestar Rangers. Follow the alleyway between these two businesses. The Trade Authority sits behind GalBank.
Neon's Trade Authority has a glowing neon sign pointing customers inside. In fact, this business welcomes you into Neon proper after you take the elevator from the spaceport. It's the easiest Trade Authority shop to find. The Trade Authority stand on the Den is similarly easy to find. Once you dock on the Den, the Trade Authority is to the left once you enter the main area. This Trade Authority is one of the best places to sell contraband in since the Den doesn't scan for illegal goods.
The last Trade Authority shop is the hardest to access, as you'll only get to it after starting the Crimson Fleet quest line and getting onto their headquarters, the Key. Once you manage to get onto the Key, you can find a hand-painted sign for the Trade Authority halfway into the Depot.
