With so many Diablo 4 announcements already unveiled and pending, one can wonder what else can Blizzard be saving up for us. Well, surprise, Season 4’s release date might have been leaked. Let’s talk about it!

Blizzard has announced that Diablo 4 Season of the Construct will begin on January 23rd at 10 a.m. PST! Diablo 4 Season 3 Revealed Season of the Construct Trailer This date will also coincide with the ending of Season of Blood.

Diablo 4's next Season is rapidly approaching, and Blizzard has just revealed a new dungeon type called Vaults — which will also be available in the more challenging Nightmare variant. Diablo 4 Season 3 Overview What Are Seneschal Companions? The Vaults are dungeons that feature elemental hazards. The new monster family, The Constructs, can be found in several elemental variants within the Vaults. These can drop Shattered Stone, which can be used to craft Governing Stones and Tuning Stones (used to customize your Seneschal Companion) at the Jeweler. After offering the new, required currency Pearls of Warding to enter the Vaults, you can be blessed by Zoltun’s Warding, a buff that grants access to the loot within the Vaults.

With Season of the Construct officially announced, Blizzard has revealed a whole slew of changes: from a new Seasonal Mechanic adding a Seneschal companion to your build, to WASD movement, and more, we've got a ton of new content to wade through. While you can find the new blog post announcing the season below, one thing it doesn't include is official patch notes — we'll have to wait a few days for those. Season of the Construct Reveal Blog Season of the Construct Trailer Blizzard has stated that official patch notes for Season of the Construct will be released on January 19, which will give players time over the weekend to read, absorb, and begin planning their Season 3 builds. These patch notes will come after the Season 3 Campfire Chat, scheduled on January 18, which will likely go over things such as class tuning, the Seasonal Mechanic, and any new additions to the game such as new gear or abilities.

Blizzard has released a short trailer introducing us to the Season of the Construct, Diablo 4's third season! With a focus on Zoltun Kulle and his mechanical creations, we'll be seeing more of our favorite talking head from Diablo 3 — and possibly learning more about the enigmatic mage.

Bethesda has revealed that Starfield's first major update for 2024 is coming within the next few weeks, with it first hitting Steam Beta on Wednesday, January 17. Starfield was a big hit when it first launched, breaking records for Bethesda. But while Starfield reviews were largely positive at first and the game managed to attract millions of players, public opinion on it has started to sour quite a bit.

Diablo 4 fans will want to mark Thursday, January 18 on their calendars, as that's the day that the Developer Update video will be released for the game's upcoming Season 3. Diablo 4 is a live service game that Blizzard hopes to support for years. The most exciting Diablo 4 updates will be its premium DLC expansions that give players substantial new content to experience, but in between those big drops will be seasonal updates that are smaller, but should still give hardcore fans reasons to boot up the game.
