Rider’s Spirits for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch launches June 7

Lollipop Chainsaw remake Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch, and PC via Steam on September 25 worldwide for $49.99 and September 26 in Japan for 6,490 yen, developer Dragami Games announced. It will support English and Japanese voice-overs, and English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Traditional Chinese text.

Publisher Square Enix and developer ACQUIRE have released Octopath Traveler II for Xbox Series, Xbox One, and PC via Microsoft Store for $59.99. A bundle containing both Octopath Traveler and Octopath Traveler II is also available for $74.99. Both games are also available via Xbox Game Pass until January 2026.

The Switch version of RPG Maker WITH will launch on October 11 in the west, publisher NIS America announced.

Bliss Brain has delayed the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 versions of Princess Maker 2 Regeneration from itspreviously planned July 11 release date to August 8 due to content changes required to “comply with ethical standards.” The Switch and PC (Steam) versions will still launch on July 11. And, like the Switch version, the PlayStation 5 version will still launch with a physical edition in Japan.

Publisher NIS America and developer Falcom will release a demo for The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak for PlayStation 4 and Switch on June 4 in the west, the companies announced. Save data from the demo will carry over to the full release.

Nintendo Directs can be some of the most exciting events in gaming, but they can be equally hard to predict. Nintendo isn't exactly known for sharing information ahead of time, and major game releases are often only announced a few months before they launch. Even the Directs themselves can come as something of a surprise, but one is known to be landing in June 2024, a stream to be excited for among the bustle of game news, announcements, and releases that surround the Summer Game Fest event.

SUNSOFT will release physical editions of Ikki Unite and SUNSOFT is Back! Retro Game Selection for Switch on Japan, the company announced. Ikki Unite wll launch on September 19, and SUNSOFT is Back! Retro Game Selection will follow on October 10. Both will be available in standard and limited editions.

Publisher CIRCLE Entertainment and developer yeo will release the Switch version of side-scrolling beat ’em up adventure game Fading Afternoon via Nintendo eShop on June 6, the companies announced.

Sakuba Metal Works and SmokymonkeyS will release the remastered adventure game Garage: Bad Dream Adventure for Switch on June 6, the developers announced. It will support English, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese language options.

G-MODE Archives+: Persona 3 Aigis: The First Mission will launch for Switch via Nintendo eShop and PC via Steam on June 6 in Japan, developer G-MODE announced.

Nippon Ichi Software has announced Rhapsody: 25th Anniversary Collection for PlayStation 5 and Switch, the latest issue of Weekly Famtisu reveals. It will launch physically on August 29 in Japan for 10,978 yen, and includes a set of original artwork reprints, an art book, the original soundtrack, and a special box.

KLabGames will release fere-to-play 3D action game Bleach: Brave Souls for Xbox One and Switch this summer, the developer announced.
