The first installment in the tennis simulation game series since 2011's Top Spin 4 will launch on April 26 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X with full cross-play. Ubisoft Montpellier's Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown was the first relatively big game to be released this year, and it was a success. The game earned a 9/10 score in Wccftech's review by Francesco De Meo:
Minor issues aside, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is a thoroughly enjoyable Metroidvania that is not only among the best since Metroid Dread but also one of the best entries in the Prince of Persia series, bringing the franchise back to its platforming roots in the best way possible. If the long hiatus of the series was the price for such a nicely crafted adventure, then it was worth paying.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown couldn't have brought back the series in a better way after its more than a decade-long hiatus. With an engaging story, well-crafted Metroidvania mechanics, and a touch of character-action game features in its combat system, Sargon's adventure will be remembered by fans for a long time, even with its minor issues.
Yesterday, the developers took to Twitter to provide an update for the community. Game Director Mounir Radi appeared in a brief video to thank fans for their warm reception. He also went on to say Ubisoft Montpellier is far from done with their support of the game.
We've got cool plans for the coming months. These plans include free updates adding more content and modes, modes for you to challenge, explore, and enjoy. Our first free update is coming soon.
Radi didn't provide any other details, though he shared the advice that Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown players should train with Artaban and possibly try to complete the game in Immortal mode in anticipation of the upcoming content.

Frostpunk 2 Launches on July 25 for PC, Will Be on Game Pass on Day One
11 bit Studios brought a release date reveal trailer for Frostpunk 2 at the Xbox Partner Showcase. The sequel to the popular city building survival game released in 2018 will be available starting on July 25 for PC (where the game will support AMD FSR 3) via all main stores, including Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG. GeForce NOW Free Tier Will Now Show Up to 2 Minutes of Ads
