Motive has confirmed that it's convened another «community council» to guide development of its new Iron Man game so that fans can «feedback on pretty much everything throughout the development process».

A job listing from EA hinted that Motive Studio's upcoming Iron Man video game will feature an open world. News regarding the ongoing development of the title has been sparse since it was first announced in 2022, with concerns over the project's status rising after EA announced another wave of layoffs last February. Thankfully, a new ad was posted to EA's official online job board, which gave fans hope that the studio hasn't given up on the Iron Man adaptation.

The fate of a potential remake may be in doubt as its team has moved on to a new project. 2023's remake was well-received upon its release for being extremely faithful to the original and served as a great new starting point for newcomers while offering some new surprises for fans of the 2008 original.

Last night, a report claimed a Dead Space 2 remake had been in the works at EA. However, a subsequent report — which itself follows on from EA denying any such remake was in the pipeline — has poured more cold water on these initial claims. In fact, the whole series is reportedly «on ice».
