Elden Ring Won't Be Getting A Sequel Or Any More DLC

An Elden Ring player believes that the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC might take place in the ominously empty middle part of the game's map. Elden Ring fans have been speculating about the upcoming DLC, and this theory has sparked many conversations among players, who offer different perspectives on the potential location and significance surrounding the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Elden Ring has been out for a little while now, and plenty of extra material has been released alongside it since then, some of it extremely bizarre. For example, an Elden Ring manga was released shortly after the launch of the game, and despite all the game's depressing themes and stories, the manga itself was actually more a comedy. Truly bizarre stuff, but not that out of character.

FromSoftware director Hidetaka Miyazaki would love to make more games that are as big as Elden Ring, which is sure to be music to the ears of many fans.

I'm going to break from tight-fisted tradition by starting my discounts article with something that could not reasonably be considered a thrifty gamer purchase. A new combat system in ’s DLC will likely change how players approach difficult challenges with bosses and mini-bosses in the additional content for the game. The long-awaited expansion was announced back in February 2023, a year after the base game’s original release. At the time, little information was provided other than the title itself and artwork featuring a blonde character mounted on a Spirit Steed, with an alternative version of the Erdtree far in the distance. Now, more information has been uncovered with the DLC’s gameplay reveal trailer.

Last week, after two years of leaks, rumours, and speculation, FromSoftware finally unveiled when Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree will release. With the dam finally burst, players flooded back to the Lands Between.

The Elden Ring painting depicts the Erdtree and the mythical shadow covering the new region that players will soon explore this June.

The folks over at FromSoftware have made new headlines this week, all thanks to a recent trailer drop. Elden Ring fans were treated to a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming Shadows of the Erdtree. This would be DLC for their behemoth of a hit, Elden Ring. But for some fans, there might be some hope that Armored Core might not become a dormant franchise again. Fortunately, this franchise doesn’t look like it will be shelved for the long haul.
