's main story is all about becoming a legendary edgerunner in Night City and getting Johnny Silverhand's relic out of V's head, but a distinct highlight of the game is romancing some of its key characters. Romancing Judy or Panam seem to be the most popular of the game's five options, but each have an associated storyline worth playing through even if love's not on the agenda. The release of, 's first and only expansion, has brought with it the 2.0 update and a significant overhaul to the whole game. Although it's a bit disappointing for the DLC to keep characters like Songbird and Solomon Reed at arm's length, it's nonetheless understandable.
