Elune's Chosen Hero Talents
Stacking on top of what we saw a few weeks back with Keeper of the Grove talents, we now have Elune's Chosen!.. These are talents that work for both Guardian and Balance, and I will be covering them from a Balance Druid perspective today. As you see below, the talents work heavily off of Fury of Elune or Full Moon depending on what you have talented. Fury of Elune and New Moon are capstone level talents that are on a choice node with one another. It makes sense that the Elune's Chosen talents work with both Fury of Elune and New Moon. & are the main 2 points for this tree. They generate a decent amount of Astral Power while doing your regular rotation, and they put more power into Moons and Fury of Elune.
There are a lot of modifiers for both Fury of Elune and Full Moon in the tree such as,, and. These either increase the damage of Fury of Elune / Full Moon, reduce the cooldown of said aiblities, or make mobs take increased damage after pressing them. This will create for some interesting burst windows with both of these abilities, particularly when stacked with Primordial Arcanic Pulsar or Incarnation: Chosen of Elune.
Playstyle Implications
Historically, Balance Druid has had minimal burst damage, particularly in Incarnation: Chosen of Elune. A lot of our damage has been more consistent, and these minor burst windows created by Fury
