After $90 million driven by Baldur's Gate 3, Hasbro says games will be "huge" for D&D and Larian's hit RPG is "just the first of several new video games" to come

Baldur's Gate 3 is a bright spot in an altogether down financial report from Wizards of the Coast owner Hasbro, which says Larian's "mega hit" RPG, having driven around $90 million in revenue in the last year, is a good sign for more video games to come from the D&D license.

Helldivers 2 creative director says games have to "earn" microtransactions, which is why its purchasable revolver is anti-pay-to-win and "not that good"

Helldivers 2 has been praised for avoiding the tedious and intrusive microtransactions common among live-service shooters, so it's perhaps no coincidence that the game's creative director, Johan Pilestedt, reckons games "have to earn the right to monetize," which is why developer Arrowhead "really applied ourselves to not make it pay-to-win."

After weeks of DLC speculation, Elden Ring fans crash back to Earth as FromSoftware parent company hits them with a vague "we are currently working hard"

Elden Ring fans have been ravenous for DLC practically ever since they first played the game, but that hunger really spiked in the last few weeks as scores of fans stalked the game's Steam page looking for any signs of movement. Recent backend updates have yielded genuinely compelling evidence of development progress, so the community's hype was white-hot as the quarterly finance reports, including those from FromSoftware parent company Kadokawa, rolled in this month.

Diablo 4 Developer is Tracking Feedback for Season of the Construct

Season of the Construct is now live inDiablo 4, along with its first hotfix addressing a particularly annoying progression blocker. However, several players aren’t happy with the season in general, whether it’s the lack of much new content, the Vaults and their traps, the underwhelming Seneschal Construct, etc.

PS5 Gatehall Map Issue Requires Client Patch - Diablo 4

With Season 3 finally live, some players are experiencing some rather annoying bugs. While there are few progress-ending bugs such as the Drums of the Vault issue which was recently fixed, other, less critical bugs have reared their heads — and they can be quite annoying.

Season of the Construct has just launched, and already players are voicing their opinions on Diablo 4's newest season. Diablo 4 added 5 new Uniques in Season 3, but the bad news is they're tied to a boss that everyone hates grinding

Diablo 4: Season of the Construct is here and, it's safe to say, off to a less-stellar start than Season 2, with players complaining of some annoying and lackluster seasonal content. The release of several new Unique items has thankfully put some pep in the action RPG's step, but there's a catch here too: the new Uniques drop from the Beast in the Ice, one of the least popular bosses in the game.
