Lies of P patch notes nerf some of its hardest boss fights

Lies of P patch notes 1.2 are here, and the main focus is making the game just a little bit easier, nerfing some of its toughest boss fights and buffing your carry weight and parries. If you’ve been playing the ‘Pinocchio does Bloodborne’ fairytale soulslike, and finding some of its encounters to be a bit too challenging, this Lies of P update should make your life a little more bearable.

Baldur's Gate 3's latest patch has introduced a 'very frustrating, borderline unplayable' glitch that makes companions dump their inventories on you

Baldur's Gate 3 is excellent. Historically excellent, in fact, but it's not without its flaws. The first of these, of course, is that Astarion was not voiced with Neil Newbon's original Brummie accent, but the game's awkward inventory system is a close-run second. I don't know about you, but I probably spent at least a couple of hours of playtime standing stock-still in camp, desperately trying to give my chaotic inventory and those of my allies some semblance of organisation. It never worked.

New Armored Core 6 patch buffs weapons and adjusts Balteus

Armored Core 6 has been on the market for a few weeks now, so a balance patch was bound to arrive sooner than later. After all, the first notable balance patch for Elden Ring hit after roughly the same amount of time. For Armored Core 6, FromSoftware has released a new patch to seemingly address some of the bigger talking points that the game has seen since release. It buffs a variety of weapons while adjusting “certain attacks” performed by a few bosses.

New Armored Core VI Patch Buffs Various Weapons, Fixes Bugs, And Adjusts Balteus’ Attacks

Armored Core VI Fires of Rubicon has been out for a couple of weeks now, and some players have already seen the ending and the endings after that one, too. We enjoyed the game, giving it an 8.25 out of 10 – you can read our review here. If you haven’t jumped into From Software’s latest action title yet, though, you might be in luck because a new patch that's now live buffs various weapons and adjusts some boss attacks.

Armored Core VI PC Mod Adds ‘Easy Mode’ to FromSoftware’s Game

The recent flurry of quality triple-A game releases includes FromSoftware's latest game, Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon. The new installment in the mech vehicular combat game is another hit by FromSoftware, having earned a 9 out of 10 score in Wccftech's review penned by Kai Powell:

True to FromSoftware's creative vision, Armored Core 6 now has a mech that's CJ riding Thomas the Tank Engine

It took modders less than a day to add CJ from San Andreas to Armored Core 6, and the meme train just keeps rolling down the tracks: I present to you CJ and Thomas the Tank Engine. Together at last. Wait… Yes it is a rather unfortunate confluence of body positions and overall deeply, deeply cursed, but I think we'll leave it there.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s Newest Patch Has “Completely Reworked” its 60 FPS Performance Mode on Consoles

When Star Wars Jedi: Survivor launched earlier this year, the action-adventure sequel was praised widely by critics and audiences for everything from its storytelling and characters to its combat and exploration. On the technical side of things, however, the game was on the receiving end of some criticism, with its performance on consoles being one of several areas that weren’t up to scratch. Developer Respawn Entertainment has, of course, continued to release patches for the game in the wake of its launch to address many of those issues, and the newest patch, patch 7, targets performance on consoles above all else.

What We Played #618 Armored Core VI, Baldur’s Gate 3 & New Zealand Story

As the school holidays wind to a close, and those heady weeks of FIFA games and lengthy RPG sessions fade into memory, my household has had one last gaming hurrah. I’ve been making my way through all of the things I saw at Gamescom, and carried on with some of them when I got home. Wayfinder has become the daily MMO hit, and I’ve been playing with my son in his first true stint of online gaming. Alongside that I’m still playing Baldur’s Gate 3, and I’m probably going to finish up just as the PS5 version appears. It’s safe to say it’s very, very good, and if you haven’t been able to play yet, you should be excited.

FromSoftware Is Aware Of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon Save Issue

Fans were surprised to see Armored Core make a return after being gone for about a decade. The video game franchise saw a triumphant return to the public when it was first unveiled during last year’s The Game Awards event. With FromSoftware working on the game, fans who enjoyed the classic mech franchise were eager to work alongside newcomers who have fallen in love with FromSoftware with some of their latest video game releases, such as their epic hit Elden Ring. Fortunately, the wait has ended for Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, as players can pick up a copy of the game today.
