is an adventure of substantial size, but whether it's possible to keep playing after the credits roll is one question that's likely to come to mind over the course of the game. As an open-world experience, has plenty of side content that could be passed over while racing toward the story's climax. The game's developer Team Ninja included a variety of optional missions in prior games like , so it's no surprise that this element carries over to the more expansive historical setting of Edo in Japan.

’s 1.6 update packs a lot of exciting changes into the farming and life simulation title, but there’s one in particular that could carry the future of the game on its shoulders. Ever since its release in 2016, has received a lot of support from its solo developer ConcernedApe, making what was already a polished experience at launch even better and more robust. Although the future is more likely to be focused on ConcernedApe’s next title,, it’s hard to ask for much more than what has already provided.

Striking Distance Studios, the developer behind 2022's The Callisto Protocol, has revealed what is internally called Project Birdeye, a top-down spin-off set in the same universe. Four years since the Grandia HD Collection was released for Switch and PC, the game is finally arriving on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. The Grandia HD Collection includes the first two titles in the franchise, Grandia 1 and Grandia 2, with revamped graphics, widescreen, and support for new languages.

Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is coming to Xbox Game Pass in 2024, Capcom has confirmed. The «action strategy» game inspired by Japanese mythology is yet another addition to the long list of titles that will have day-one Xbox Game Pass debuts this year.

Capcom debuted a new trailer for Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess, an action strategy title with aesthetics inspired by Shinsekai: Into the Depths and Okami, showcasing more of the gameplay loop. It also confirmed that it would launch in 2024 and arrive on day one for Game Pass. However, it could be coming sooner than expected.

The many regions that players have visited throughout the Pokemon games all draw inspiration from real-world locations, inspiring one fan from Amsterdam to imagine what a counterpart to their home city would look like in the world of Pokemon. Their absolutely amazing pixel art project not only captures a similar vibe to that associated with the older Pokemon games, but also does a great job of showcasing what a Netherlands-inspired region might look like in the games' world.

The newly announced Creatures of Ava has strong Pokemon vibes, but it puts gamers in the shoes of monster saviors instead of monster trainers. By mixing a non-violent approach with aesthetics that resemble Pokemon, Creatures of Ava is an exciting new game.
