AMD will be hosting its "Advance AI" event at CES 2024 in just a few hours where the company will unveil new desktop & laptop products.
The AMD "Advance AI" CES 2024 event will take place on 8th January at 7 AM PT which is right around the corner. While AMD has had an amazing 2023, it's 2024 landscape will have be very much centered around AI which is its No.1 strategic priority. As such, the event itself will have a major emphasis on AI and the respective products from team red.

As for what to expect, AMD does has a lot of products planned out for 2024. The ones that are just around the corner are the AMD Ryzen 8000G "Hawk Point" APUs which are expected to hit shelves later this month and while the company did unveil its Ryzen 8040 "Hawk Point" APUs for laptops, they still have a new family planned out based on its Zen 5 architecture which will debut later this year on both desktops and laptops.
The AMD Ryzen "Granite Ridge" and "Strix Point" families will be a big one for the company and so will be the latest EPYC Turin and Instinct familiies. AMD would also focus on its software ecosystem which includes ROCm 6.0. The software stack has been getting refined and optimized support for various LLMs and DirectML support. Microsoft's Windows is also being overhauled with new and next-gen AI experiences so expect that to be a focus of attention to during AMD's keynote.
