Tekken 8's second Closed Network Test took place last weekend, which unfortunately means that hackers have now had time to crack the beta and play the game during unauthorized hours. It's something that Bandai Namco isn't best pleased about, issuing a warning to players that they may get hit with a ban if they're found to have played a cracked version of the game. That wasn't enough for Tekken 8 director Katsuhiro Harada though, who recently bust into someone's stream and told them off himself.
The stream in question was being broadcast by pro Tekken player Joe Crush (thanks PCGamer), who had somehow managed to continue playing the game after the closed network test officially ended. Noticing that someone was playing the game outside of the designated hours, Harada bust into the stream, announcing his arrival with the incredible phrase "Hello cracker". Just to clairfy, Harada is using the word cracker to refer to the people that recently cracked the CNT.

After understandably questioning whether this account was in fact the real Harada, he then decides to takes things up a notch by claiming that he "will SHOW my power". Soon after, Harada posts a now-deleted tweet to his official Twitter account that includes Joe Crush's Twitch username, telling him to stop streaming or be hit with a permanent ban.
Thankfully, this story has a happy ending. It turns out that Harada had wrongfully targeted Crush for cracking, as he had simply managed to continue playing the CNT without being booted out. After begging Harada to "please show mercy" on Twitter, Harada responds by saying "Don't worry, that was fun thanks," suggesting the entire incident is now just water under the bridge.
While all that drama is over and done with now, there is one thing that Tekken 8 players can learn from it. If you are one of those individuals trying to get some kind of unfair advantage on your fellow players and are foolish enough to stream it, then be aware that Harada himself may come and bust down the door and issue you a lifetime ban directly. He has the power to do so, and I can't think of a bigger deterrent than having Harada tell you off.
He's probably going to be pretty grumpy too, as a different individual recently datamined the Closed Network Test to reveal a few more currently unannounced fighters that may feature in the finished product, including Alisa, Steve, Shaheen, Raven, and Yoshimitsu.
