The latest season of Fortnite content is upon us, and this time Epic Games has opened Pandora’s Box and introduced a bunch of mythological skins. You’ll be able to unlock the entire pantheon of Greek Gods, including – but not limited to – Zeus, Hades, Aphrodite, and Cerberus. In addition, new locations inspired by Ancient Greece will be added to the island, like Mount Olympus and the Underworld.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is an upcoming 3D action platformer and the sequel to the latest animated film, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, picking up the story several months later. It's due out on PS5 and PS4 in Q4 of 2024, and we got our first glimpse of it in screenshots and learned more about the game's structure.

The second game in Square Enix's new Final Fantasy 7 trilogy, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth has been out for just over a week on PS5 — and we want to know what you make of this highly praised sequel. At the time of writing, Rebirth is one of the highest rated Final Fantasy titles ever released (according to critics), so we're super interested in seeing how it ranks in our own games database.

RPG Maker is a franchise that's largely steered clear of PlayStation consoles, but that trend is set to change with the release of RPG Maker WITH. Published by NIS America, it's headed to PC and Switch at some point in the autumn / fall, while PS5 and PS4 versions are locked in for 2025.

Vanillaware doesn't miss. We've been spouting that line for ages, but with the arrival of Unicorn Overlord, it rings truer than ever before. Following up on the superb 13 Sentinels was never going to be easy, but the Japanese studio has somehow manged to produce an equally excellent game three years later — and it's not even in the same genre.

Interior Night has taken pages from the books of Don't Nod, Supermassive, Telltale, and Quantic Dream to craft a choice-driven character drama with As Dusk Falls. The game's stylistic flourishes take time to acclimatise to, but it provides a unique tone and perspective that still stand out in a genre that’s becoming increasingly crowded.

With the preview embargo lifting ahead of Dragon's Dogma 2's 22nd March release, the internet is awash with answers to our burning questions about Capcom's imminent action RPG. If that wasn't enough, courtesy of PS Underground, we've got 18 minutes of developer-led gameplay, with director Hideaki Itsuno illuminating us on many aspects of the game and showcasing the Magick Archer vocation.

You may remember the cult hit indie game Darkest Dungeon, which arrived on PS4 and PS Vita back in 2016. In the years since, developer Red Hook Studios has been beavering away at Darkest Dungeon 2, which successfully launched on PC last year. If you've been waiting to see if the sequel would venture onto consoles, it's now all but confirmed thanks to a newly posted age certification.

An all-new trailer for Unknown 9: Awakening, the first entry in a cross-media franchise from Reflector, has given us our first proper glimpse of protagonist Haroona, portrayed here by The Witcher’s Anya Chalotra. The game’s due out on PS5 and PS4 this summer, which brings to an end a tumultuous development cycle, following the release’s reveal over three years ago.

NIS America has given Trails through Daybreak a confirmed release date. Previously, the Falcom RPG was simply slated for 'summer 2024', but now it's locked in for the 5th July. The title also has a new English trailer, which you can watch above.

Unicorn Overlord is the visually stunning strategy RPG from developer Vanillaware, which we are confident will be one of the year's best games. You can try it now for free in an incredibly generous demo, with progress transferring to the full game, which releases next week on 8th March. In the meantime, publisher Atlus has released a trailer teaching potential players how the game's complex, real-time battle system works.

Converting a traditionally single player IP into one meant for multiplayer too is a process with just as many hits as there are misses, so developer Red Barrels will be delighted it's landed on the right side of history. With up to three friends along for the ride, The Outlast Trials is a slightly different ballgame to its offline counterparts, but it retains enough horror to appeal to those fans picked up through entries past.
