Persona 3 Reload is the fanciest and flashiest version of the few iterations of the game already out there, but depending on who you ask, it may not be the definitive way to experience the game. That's because Kotone - the female main character from Persona 3 Portable also lovingly referred to by fans as FeMC - isn't included in Reload, and probably won't be added as DLC in the future.
It's a major sore point for Persona fans, especially as Kotone has many memorable moments in Persona 3 Portable, and is considered a fan favorite character. Her not being included in a remake of Persona 3 might as well be considered blasphemy on Atlus' part by some fans, and a few modders have already set about adding the FeMC experience to Persona 3 Reload.
One of these modders is REALMadMax1960 on Twitter, who has been gradually sharing their progress of bringing Kotone to Persona 3 Reload ever since launch. Over the past week or so, they've shown off footage of Kotone battling her way through Tartarus, gaming at an arcade machine, and various other activites, all the while constantly tweaking and changing the player character model to get her looking as accurate as possible.
At the time of writing, their latest modding update recently showed off Kotone using an Evoker in battle, and they've even managed to get Kotone's outline to appear in the menus. It all looks pretty neat, and it's coming together impressively fast considering the game's only been out a little over two weeks.
REALMadMax1960 isn't even the only modder working on bringing Kotone to Persona 3 Reload either. When asked whether they had plans to make the game's UI pink to match the UI used in Persona 3 Portable, another fan of the project shared that there's another modder currently working on it in the game's modding Discord channel.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as though Kotone is ready for her Persona 3 Reload debut just yet, as REALMadMax1960 and other modders aren't quite ready to unleash their creations into the public. Given how quickly they've managed to create a pretty well-designed and functional model for Kotone though, I imagine it won't be too long before it looks as if she was included in the game all along.

"As a level 50 player with the platinum trophy, I honestly hated playing this game after the update - the meta only existed because most other options needed a buff," one player posted to the Helldivers 2 subreddit, echoing a sentiment the community has been sharing since yesterday's patch.
After Persona 3 Reload unveiled its upcoming story DLC, fans of the original JRPG are getting ready to defend Yukari Takeba all over again.
With their gold supplies drying up, Palworld players are turning to the Black Marketeer for help, but not in the way you might think.
This week, Helldivers 2 has seen a glut of gameplay leaks showing off officially unavailable stratagems, including of the upcoming mechs and, more recently, of a vehicle reminiscent of Halo’s famous Warthog. But what’s going on here? The community has a number of explanations.
The early access period of has been plagued by its fair share of bugs and design flaws, but sometimes fixing those issues can have unintended consequences as well. It's standard for games releasing in early access to still need some work, so it's not surprising that developer Pocketpair has been pushing patches out to address problems. The important thing is that forward progress is being made, and exploring the results of each patch can provide some truly interesting results that are sometimes more fun than if the game had been released in a perfect state to begin with.
There's a particular achievement that a lot of players of the survival horror hit Phasmophobia have overlooked, and it turns out to be one of the easiest trophies one can earn in the game. Despite being over three years old, the game remains popular and shows no signs of stopping with console versions of Phasmophobia still on the way, albeit delayed.
More players of Helldivers 2 are getting what looks to be early access to combat mechs and transport vehicles in the game. These features are apparently planned for official inclusion in the suite of options for Helldivers 2 at some point in the future.
A new lawsuit sees many PlayStation players demanding cash payouts from Sony, and the company will now need to defend itself in court after the case was accepted. If the lawsuit is successful, these players could be owed up to £562 (approximately $711) depending on how much PlayStation content they've purchased since August 2016. A main reason for this is the pricing of modern gaming. In recent years, the price of games has increased significantly, with the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S/X generation seeing the standard edition of AAA titles releasing at approximately $70, with companies citing far greater development budgets as the main reason.
The online cooperative game space has grown increasingly crowded in recent years and it’s no secret as to why. Multiplayer shooters are some of the most popular and profitable genres in the entire medium. This is because there are a whole lot more things that players can spend their money on, even after they’ve ponied up the asking price for either edition of a game like Helldivers II.
Some Helldivers 2 players are confronting the possibility of being kicked from games for not using certain loadouts during matches. The new sci-fi shooter from Arrowhead Game Studios launched earlier this month, and it's already become a massive hit among fans of co-op combat. Helldivers 2 gives gamers a chance to team up to complete exciting missions while blasting alien bugs and robots, and this formula is proving quite popular so far.
Helldivers, we have a problem. Undemocratic bug fodder has infested the ranks of Helldivers 2, and the toxic behavior of these players is putting a damper on what should be a glorious campaign for Super Earth.
