Helldivers 2 Players Are Calling in All Sorts of Unannounced Stratagems, and It Might Have Something to Do With Cheating

Snufkin: Melody of Moominvalley is coming to Android. It’s a relaxing adventure like Animal Crossing or Stardew Valley. An exact release date hasn’t been announced yet, but developer Hyper Games says the Android version is coming “later.”

With mechs finally available for players to pilot, Helldivers 2 fans are already disappointed by the underwhelming launch of the EXO-45 exosuits within the game. The newest release from Arrowhead Game Studios has already seen massive success within just a month of its release, selling millions of units across its PC and PS5 versions. Arrowhead would report Helldivers 2 had sold 3 million units less than three weeks following its debut, becoming one of Steam's best-selling games. Now, a new addition to the game has left players conflicted.

Man, y'all really like mechs. The long-awaited Helldivers 2 mechs hit the game earlier today following the liberation of planet Tien Kwan, and it seems the community's enthusiasm has outpaced developer expectations and server limitations once again.

Akira Toriyama, the mangaka whose work in video games included designing the characters for two of the most influential RPGs ever made, Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest, on top of creating one of the most influential series across all of pop-culture in Dragon Ball, has passed away.

A week after JRPG fans noted that Octopath Traveler was no longer available on the Nintendo Switch eShop, Square Enix says it's working on a fix.

fans are no strangers to innovating on the battlefield, but one player has made calling in support from Stratagems easier than ever before. After dropping down onto whatever besieged planet catches their attention, Helldivers are provided access to a range of Stratagems that involve plugging in a series of inputs for their orbiting Destroyer to send down equipment, supplies, and even deadly explosives. In the heat of battle, that process can be rather difficult, but fortunately, for some players, it just got much simpler.

Final Fantasy VII Remake and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth are two masterfully made retellings of the classic PlayStation RPG from 1997. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the second entry in the Remake project and continues where the previous title left off, hopefully bringing answers to questions posed with it. Not only is this new sequel a nostalgic experience for veterans of the 90s original, but Square Enix has crafted it to be another perfect spot for newcomers to join Cloud and the gang. 

More players of Helldivers 2 are getting what looks to be early access to combat mechs and transport vehicles in the game. These features are apparently planned for official inclusion in the suite of options for Helldivers 2 at some point in the future.

Honkai: Star Rail players are getting a free in-game gift to commemorate the release of new five-star character Sparkle, rewarding fans with some valuable resources. With the HoYoverse RPG entering the second half of its Version 2.0 update, the launch of Penacony has already brought plenty of new content to the game. Version 2.0 saw the addition of three new characters to Honkai: Star Rail with Black Swan, Sparkle, and Misha alongside multiple new areas to explore and new bosses to challenge. Now, to commemorate Sparkle's debut on the gacha banner, players are being treated to a surprise gift.
