Persona 3 Reload unfortunately won't be receiving the playable female protagonist, Kotone, seen in another version of the classic, and now, the game's producer has apologized for the exclusion.

Persona 3 Reload is getting an 'Expansion Pass', and Episode Aigis is going to be part of it. To be clear, Episode Aigis forms the additional story scenario that was present in Persona 3 FES on PS2. It was called 'The Answer' here in the West, while 'Episode Aegis' was its Japanese name.
Anyway, the Expansion Pass only includes that one expansion — which is perhaps a bit misleading. Before Episode Aigis launches in September, a DLC pack that includes Persona 5 Royal and Persona 4 Golden music will drop on the 12th March. Then, the 'Velvet Costume and BGM Set' arrives in May.
We don't know the pricing for this Expansion Pass yet, but we're assuming Episode Aigis can be purchased separately.
What do you think of Episode Aigis? Should it have been included with Persona 3 Reload to begin with? How much would you pay for it? Reload those finger guns in the comments section below.
Robert's been a dedicated PlayStation fan since the days of Tekken 2, and he still loves a good dust up. When he's not practising combos, he's usually getting lost in the latest 100-hour RPG, or, y'know, replaying The Witcher 3.
Atlus...
Day one buy for me. If anyone deserves to get away with business-ing like a business it's Atlus. Their games saved my life during the pandemic.
Done dirty. I'll grab the game and DLC next year.
Yay more milking!
Expansion will be free with GamePass so I’ll be playing it there!
Shame the dlc is Xbox exclusive /s
Well shoot I did make a promise yesterday to beat this game before the end of the year now I guess it’s gotta be by September ahahaha. Kinda weird how they just revealed this out of nowhere even if it was at a Xbox event. Could we maybe see some of the P3P content? Truly make this the definitive edition of P3 to pick up.
@personauser93 Not sure why anyone would have ever thought it would be.
F Atlus. Seriously. Absolutely ridiculous.
Im done buying their crap, even if its good. BS like this insane, and they just keep getting away with it. F that.
Should it have been included? Yes.
Will I still buy it? Yes.
@rawzeku
As if noone expected that really.
While we are on this topic can anyone confirm that Persona 4 Golden has all optional content included? Thinking about buying in on the current sale.
@ZhuckelDror Yes it does
@crashcontrol
Perfect!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Atlus promised that there would be no DLC or expansion for this remake of Persona 3, right? So they lied?
Well that's not a surprise. I hope the DLC is not stupid $$$
@B0udoir They said there would be no rerelease, and then everyone here acted like they were going to do that, when it would make way more sense to do this.
@Darylb88 Hope you're doing better, friend.
Persona 5 was a truly special game. Few games have had such

Despite spawning multiple sequels, and being localised into languages like Korean and Traditional Chinese, it’s never actually launched in Western territories – well, until now. PQube is on the case, with SINce Memories: Off the Starry Sky targeting a 2024 launch on the PS4.

has just gotten a big addition with the release of an expansion pass, but whether this DLC is actually worth the purchase is a much more contentious issue. Although is a polished remake of the classic acclaimed RPG, it's always been subject to some criticism over the exclusion of some significant content that appeared in prior editions of The expansion pass solves one big issue in this regard – with the caveat of requiring an extra chunk of cash, a decision that may not go down smoothly.
Persona 3 Reload publisher Atlus will not release the controversial Episode Aigis expansion by itself, meaning players have to buy it through the $35 expansion pass.
Good news for Persona 3 lovers who also have Game Pass, you will be able to get the Expansion Pass for free. This is good news for those who want to dive into the new content but don’t wanna spend the extra money on the expansion.
