Blizzard has shared a small glimpse into the class changes coming in Patch 1.4.0 with Season 4. Let's take a look at some of the buffs and nerfs for every class in Diablo 4.

All of these changes are subject to change before they hit live servers on May 14. These changes only make up a small portion of what is to come for all classes.
General

- Added Mobility tag to all mobility skills across all classes to interact with the itemization system.
- Damage Reduction in general is now much more rare and special.

- Skeletal Warriors — Reapers (Upgrade Node 1)
- Previous: Reaper attacks against enemies who are Immobilized, Slowed, Stunned, or Vulnerable reduce the cooldown of their powerful wind-up attack by 2 seconds.
- New: Reaper's wind-up attacks now reduce one of your active Cooldowns by 3 seconds.
Skeletal Mages — Cold (Upgrade Node 2)
- Previous: Enemies who are Frozen by or damaged while Frozen by your Cold Mages' primary attack are made Vulnerable for 4 seconds.
- New: Cold Mages' attacks apply Vulnerable for 4 seconds.
Golems — Iron (Upgrade Node 2)
- Previous: Your Iron Golem's slam attack also makes enemies Vulnerable for 3 seconds.
- New: Your Iron Golem's slam attack also pulls in enemies.

- Inner Sight
- Previous: Attack marked enemies to fill up your Inner Sight gauge. When it's full, gain unlimited Energy for 4 seconds.
- New: Attack marked enemies to fill up your Inner Sight gauge. Attacking non-marked enemies fill it at 5% of the normal rate. When it's full, gain unlimited Energy and 25% Critical Strike Chance for 4 seconds.

All Skill Tag Updates - Diablo 4 PTR Patch 1.4.0
Blizzard has added new skill tags for many class skills in order to interact with the new itemization. They also added existing skill tags to multiple skills to open up new possibilities by adding the Core tag to various skills such as Ball Lightning and Bone Spirit. These changes should allow for a greater variety of skill interactions, both with each other and with the new gear and affixes that have been introduced.
