OD, which was dubbed Overdose in rumors earlier this summer, is supposedly a third-person survival horror game — but Kojima was tight-lipped on what his cryptic teaser was actually teasing.

It’s always a good bet that Hideo Kojima may pop up to show something at The Game Awards, and he didn’t disappoint this evening. No, he didn’t show Death Stranding 2, instead he finally teased his long-ago announced Xbox-exclusive project. The first teaser focused on super-detailed facial animations of the game’s cast, including Sophia Lillis (the new It films), Hunter Schafer (Euphoria), and legendary German actor Udo Kier. Whatever he’s cooking up will make use of Xbox’s cloud tech, although it also seems to be playing off the fan-favorite P.T. with a reoccurring opening door motif.
