Although General Ketheric Thorm is one of the game's most diabolical characters, for example, the iconic vocal performance from J.K. Simmons and crackling dialogue make it easy for him to go down as a favorite. On the other hand, some equally well-portrayed characters just feature such annoying characteristics that comparatively good intentions can't save them from being the punching bags of the community.

Multiclassing is a feature available in Larian Studio’s popular turn-based RPG that essentially allows you to undertake two distinct classes and level them up with a single character. Doing so will open up your list of potential skills, thus giving you completely different approaches to the game. Using some of the best Multiclass combinations allows you to expand your character’s range of abilities, making them a more skilled healer or perhaps a more versatile DPS.

The decision of killing or saving Mizora in can be a confounding one, as the outcomes of each possible choice are not always clear. Mizora is an evil-aligned character who is revealed during Act 1 of the game and acts as a constant presence in Wyll’s questline. As such, choosing how to deal with her can be complicated, as choices may not always lead to what sprouts from rational thinking. This is true with many instances in the game, such as standing by Shadowheart in and helping her reach her faith-related goal of becoming a Dark Justiciar.

Beating Ketheric Thorm in is a vital part of Act 2, which allows you to progress into the third and final act of the game developed by Larian Studios. The boss fight, however, is not too easy and is actually composed of three very distinct phases, all of which require a certain strategy to be executed. Depending on how you played through Act 1 and everything that led up to the encounter with Ketheric Thorm in , this may actually be the first huge boss fight of the game.

Entering the Shadowfell is a major moment in Act 2 of , but whether it's better to enter it before or after taking on Moonrise Towers isn't always clear. In an RPG full of branching decisions and major consequences, taking the wrong step can sometimes lock off possible quests or storylines, potentially dealing damage to the story or making fights more frustrating as a result. The entrance to the Shadowfell offers a warning to complete other tasks first, but as Moonrise Towers appears to be the ultimate destination of Act 2, the best order for that particular event is more complicated.

A Baldur's Gate 3 player has figured out how to one-shot the final boss of Act 2 using nothing more complex than a large pile of gold, a special weapon, and a bit of reverse-thievery.

Baldur’s Gate 3 has unveiled its next big villain, Orin The Red, and the internet is understandably thirsty for the murderous shapeshifter. 

Larian Studios, developers of the long-awaited and just-long Baldur’s Gate 3, have unveiled the trailer for the villainous Orin the Red. She’s a master shapeshifter and one-third of a triumvirate of main villains that players will have to deal with in the game.

With the imminent release of Baldur's Gate 3 next week, Larian have released another villain spotlight video showcasing the RPG juggernaut's final character in its trio of antagonists, and Lady Dimitrescu actor Maggie Robertson will be playing her. Hell yeah. Orin the Red is an angry, evil, shapeshifting lady who seems to have a major chip on her shoulder and a lust for destruction and blood. The video doesn't go too much into Orin's role in BG3 beyond the fact that she's super evil, but if you'd like to see snippets of Robertson as Orin in action you can watch the video below:

While we wait for Baldur’s Gate 3 to launch, Larian Studios has provided us a closer look at its unique characters so as to give us a taste of what faces we’ll see as we adventure in-game. One of the most spectacular villains we’ve seen yet is Orin the Red, a woman voiced by none other than Maggie Robertson herself, the actor behind Resident Evil’s Lady Dimitrescu.

Larian Studios released a new trailer for Baldur’s Gate 3, focusing on the third antagonist of the story – Orin the Red. Described as a “grandmaster” of murder (if murder were an art), Orin is a shapeshifter and can transform into anyone. She may even be among your party.

Larian Studios is gearing up for Baldur’s Gate 3’s release on PC in just one week. After announcing the third major antagonist earlier this month, the team is giving us a deeper introduction to Orin the Red.
