Spotted by Reddit user TheHouselessTurtle, the flag is a clear mistake, since the Morales family is of Puerto Rican descent, rather than being from Cuba.

Diablo 4 developer Blizzard has promised a fix for a user interface issue that is causing some players to accidentally activate the premium battle pass.

However, it appears that if a player accidentally clicks on the «Activate Premium» button on the Season menu, there is no confirmation and the voucher will be used.
