In The War Within, Engineers will be able to craft Potion Bombs, powerful external potion buffs that augment small groups of players within range. These Potion Bombs currently come in three different types: DPS, Movement Speed, and Healing. Using a Potion Bomb is simple — use it as you would any other consumable, choose your target area, and buff your allies while damaging enemies caught in the radius. While Engineers are the only ones able to produce these new support consumables, anyone — even non-Engineers — can use them to help their group. New Crafted Epics in The War Within - Unique Effects, Group Synergy

The War Within is bringing new Profession recipes to players, which means new and interesting effects on crafted epics! Players will remember how useful some crafted items like Elemental Lariat were in Dragonflight, and The War Within is introducing effects just as interesting and unique on the newest epics for players to experiment with.
These effects don't come free though. While not yet present on any of the crafted items, we have found a new Embellishment tag, suggesting that the most powerful special effects on crafted gear will be limited similar to Dragonflight. While we've mainly discovered Leatherworking and Jewelcrafting effects so far, we're sure there will be many more to come!
Leatherworking
With sets for both Mail and Leather wearers, Leatherworking has quite a history of some very strong crafted gear. Hopefully there's no crafting benches such as the Altar of Rot this time!
- Waders of the Unifying Flame — Healing an ally has a chance to grant you both a Unifying Ember. When two Unifying Embers contact each other, they erupt into Unifying Flames and grant 666 of a random secondary stat. Anyone wearing Waders of the Unifying Flame will instead get their highest secondary stat.
- Weathered Stormfront Vest, Roiling Thunderstrike Talons, and Rook Feather Wristwraps — (2) Set: While in combat there is a chance that lightning will strike nearby. Being struck by the lightning will infuse you with Rook's Fury, granting 453 Haste for 12 sec.
- Busy Bee's Buckle, Reinforced Setae Flyers, and Smoldering Pollen Hauberk — (2) Set: Your spells and abilities have a chance to create a floating orb of Fire Pollen nearby. Stepping into the orb will gather it, increasing your highest secondary stat by 2159 for 12 sec. Up to 2 allies who step near you during this time will also receive Z of that same secondary stat for W sec.
- Sanctified Torchbearer's Grips — Your spells and abilities have a chance to bring the power of the Light to bear against your foes, judging them with a Spark of Beladar. Spark of Beladar deals 532146 Radiant damage to the target and marks them. Marked targets take an additional 266073 Radiant damage from Spark of Beladar, consuming the spark in the process.
- Vambraces of Deepening Darkness — Dealing damage has a chance to grant you a stack of Deepening Darkness. The Darkness erupts at 5 stacks, dealing 266073 Shadow damage split among all nearby enemies. Damage increases per target, up to 5. Afterwards, the shadows weigh you down and lower your movement speed by 25% for 5 sec.
Jewelcrafting
While Jewelcrafting only has a few pieces with interesting effects so far, the ones it does have seem focused around group play — both the Ring and Neck crafts reference bonuses that work in tandem

Spark System Continues in The War Within Crafting - Fractured Spark of Omens
In Dragonflight, Professions as we knew them were completely revamped: gone were the days of simply crafting an item in one go; instead, players could craft, recraft, and recraft again the same items over and over in order to produce consistently stronger weapons, armor, trinkets, and profession gear over time. One key piece to this system was Sparks — Optional Crafting Reagents that allowed players to adjust the minimum item level a piece of gear would be crafted at. Based off our datamining, it looks like that system will continue in The War Within.
