New Diablo Lore Video - Who Are the Prime Evils?

Blizzard has released a new lore video highlighting the origin stories of the three Prime Evils — Diablo, Lord of Terror, Baal, Lord of Destruction, and Mephisto, Lord of Hatred — in what appears to be a new YouTube series, Horadric History. The video outlines the history behind the birth of the seven great evils, how the Prime Evils came into existence, and the impact that each one has had on Sanctuary — and leaves viewers with a stark reminder that Mephisto is still out there. What exactly the Lord of Hatred has planned for Sanctuary remains to be seen, but one thing is clear — players haven't seen the last of Mephisto. Vessel of Hatred Overview for Diablo 4

Tormented Bosses Will Have Their Rewards Adjusted in Season 4 - Diablo 4

The PTR for Diablo 4 Patch 1.4.0 is well underway, and players have been delving into the variety of content to be tested. While the new systems and content have proven to be a nice change of pace for many, some players feel that the rewards from some content leave more to be desired. One such case appears to be the new Tormented Echoes Bosses, which are supercharged level 200 versions of the ladder bosses such as Duriel, Varshan, and the new boss, Andariel. These Super Bosses drop a number of Legendary and Unique items, Summoning Materials for other bosses, and one very important reward — one Resplendent Spark for killing your first Tormented Boss. A number of players have taken issue with the rewards offered by this difficult challenge, and several have taken to social media sites and the PTR forums to address their concerns. Reddit user Oceanfather created a post on the Diablo 4 Subreddit about this topic, mentioning the much steeper material requirement to summon the empowered bosses such as Tormented Grigiore. The problem is, when a boss is slain, they drop the same amount of Shard of Agony as their normal counterpart. This creates a situation where if you wish to get materials to summon Duriel or Andariel, it is currently more economical to repeatedly farm the normal, less challenging, and less rewarding version of these bosses. Blizzard has since responded to the post, stating that there will be some degree of changes coming to the rewards of Tormented Echo Bosses.

Diablo 4 Season 4 Could Boast the Game's Biggest Improvements So Far | Push Square

It's easy to forget that Diablo 4 has only been on the market for ten months. The game's had so many ups and downs that it feels like it's been hanging around for years, with the general consensus being that Blizzard has struggled to maintain the title's momentum through its seasonal updates. But with Season 4 — which is due to drop in May — the developer may finally be on the cusp of convincing hardcore players that the action RPG is in a good place.

Ride in Style - Best Horses Tier List in Diablo 4

You know we love our Tier Lists here at Wowhead, and quite possibly the only thing we like more than a nicely ordered list that makes no one happy is reporting on horses. Big horses, small horses, horses with stripes, horses with spots, horses with demonic crystals protruding from their foreheads — we love them all, and Diablo 4 certainly provides tons of them for us to choose from! But how can someone decide for themselves which horses are the best? Isn't there some handy list that shows them all and maybe ranks them from best to worst? Have no fear — Wowhead has you covered with our Best Horses Tier List in Diablo 4. This Diablo 4 Best Horses Tier List ranks the best Diablo 4 Horses from all sources. Several factors contribute to these rankings, including Horsiness, Prancing Abilities, how much hay they consume, and overall Bling for your Buck — because the more expensive a horse is, the better it is, right? S-Tier and A-Tier Horses are capable of horsing around at a more competitive level, though A-Tier Horses have a few neigh-gatives compared to S-Tier Horses. Saddle up, grab your tack, and get ready for the mane event as we rank every Horse in Diablo 4.Editor's Note: Thankfully, Diablo 4 only has Horses to rank. It's not that it would be harder for us to rank other mounts as well, but Horses are clearly the superior choice in four-legged transportation. If anything was better, it would certainly have been in the game by now, right? We rest our case. S
