The job postings don't reveal much at all about what Blizzard's next big project might be, but the fact that the company is hiring shows that it has something new in the works for its fans.

Moon Studios may be known for its hit Metroidvania games, but its new action RPG, No Rest for the Wicked, is now available in early access, and former Blizzard president Mike Ybarra believes its "bold direction" is what the genre needs to "stay relevant."

Diablo 3 may no longer be the newest ARPG on the block, but that doesn't mean that its fans and developers are done thinking about it. One of its former developers has been discussing the key design decisions that went into it, in fact, and comparing it to 11th Hour Games' Last Epoch, which launched to immediate success back in February, with players quick to point out the similarities between it and the Diablo series.

Thankfully, Raxxanterax has been hard at work testing an updated leveling strategy for Diablo 4 Season 4 that may surprise you — Helltides. According to Raxxanterax's research, leveling up in Helltides will be roughly 30% faster than sticking to the old “Dopamine Tunnels'' leveling strategy while being more fun, more social, and far more lucrative in terms of gold, gear, and crafting materials.

Fresh from our trove of Season 4 PTR datamining, comes a new Rare Elixir with a very unique effect, the Profane Mindcage. The Mindcage increases the Helltide Monster Level by 10 as well as the Abberrant Cinder drop rate and the amount of threat gained. So, theoretically, this Elixir would make Helltides more difficult; this is a welcome improvement, considering how fun the event has become with the Season 4 changes. But that's not at all: What this Elixir might possibly be linked to is the most intriguing piece. While some information leads to a Possible Iron Wolves Season 4 Theme, this Elixir might be related to previously found new items. While there's no direct link between the Elixir and the Iron Wolves, there are breadcrumbs. The new Helltide events feature players assisting the Iron Wolves with cleansing the land of demonic influence as well as «Wolf's Honor» reputation being received for killing certain enemies. It would make sense that these Elixirs have something to do with those events. Further, we've discovered reputation rewards and caches, that subsequently would drop as rewards for completing certain events. Blizzard has hotfixed the PTR for Diablo 4, allowing new characters to skip the campaign without completing the prologue first. The most highly-requested feature of the PTR so far, Blizzard stated earlier today that they were working on deploying a fix. Blizzard has released new Class Armor Packs for each class in Diablo 4, containing heavily discounted armor sets previously released in Tejal's Shop. Each of these sets, previously released and costing at minimum 1,000 Platinum each, is now available in the bundle with one other set per class for a total amount of 1,000 Platinum — bringing down the overall cost of these sets substantially! Take a look at some of the models below — note that these sets were primarily released in the pre-season launch stage of Diablo 4, so they are some of the oldest released shop sets in the game.

Blizzard has updated the PTR patch notes to include a new visual accessibility option coming to Diablo 4.
