Genshin Impact: Special Program Version 4.4 Date and Time Confirmed

Genshin Impact has revealed a brand-new Catalyst weapon Xianyun will be using after she makes her playable debut in version 4.4. In a trailer dedicated to Xianyun, Genshin Impact has given players their first look at the upcoming five-star unit and teased her relationship with Ganyu. As it turned out, she used to keep an eye on baby Ganyu and give her some tiny toys as a gift.

Chinese developer Kuro Game has released new information about its upcoming game, Wuthering Waves, confirming the game's second beta test and PlayStation versions. Kuro Game first announced the game in 2022 as a new action RPG with many fans drawing comparisons to Genshin Impact with its fast-paced and fluid combat. Early trailers saw Wuthering Waves showcase similar gameplay to «hack-and-slash» games, putting an emphasis on difficulty and timing with the players' inputs. Now, excited fans are set to learn more about the game with its second closed beta test.

In addition to exploring its breathtaking sights, Genshin Impact players will also be able to aid the local adeptus in healing the land, and even challenge a new world boss.

The details about 4.4 have been officially confirmed by developer HoYoverse following the related livestream. A lot of the content that is planned for the upcoming patch has already been shared by leakers. Nevertheless, the official reveal comes as good news, as leaks can be inaccurate or subject to change ahead of the release of the Version. Among the reveals are Xianyun’s leaked gameplay kit in 4.4, facts about this year’s version of the Lantern Rite Festival, and even two map expansions to the region of Liyue.
