players can exploit a seemingly never-ending part of a story mission to farm fusion cells, along with other items. Fusion cells are a type of ammunition used by laser-based weapons and can be found in specific locations, or on specific enemy types such as Institute synths.
BobtheGuy45 shared a screenshot of an impressive pile of synth bodies, stating that they left their companion, the Brotherhood of Steel's paladin, Danse, for about an hour at the end of the quest, and that among the pile of bodies were 170 shock batons, 430 institute guns, and 9,199 fusion cells.
When a fellow Redditor, Huntercin, commented that they wished there was the option to "", BobtheGuy45 replied that it took "".
The quest sees players going to ArcJet Systems with Danse, where they have to face a large number of enemy synths. Upon entering a large room containing the ArcJet engine core room toward the end of the quest, there will be a point when synths start spawning endlessly, each with a lootable fusion cell. The aim is to go into a room in the back and push a button to close the doors to block off the wave of synths and start the engine's rocket to fry them. If players don't press the button or progress with the quest, however, the synths will just spawn forever.
The only limit to how many enemies spawn at any given time is the hardware of the console or PC that players are using. While the game will make players think that their companion is at risk if they don't push the button, they can leave them to fight the synths without complaint, creating an easy way to farm thousands of fusion cells and Institute Rifles while players can stand in a safe area and watch.
Depending on the system hardware, the bodies of the synths will despawn if left for too long.
With 's laser weapons offering superior damage overall, with the option to do more damage per second when fully modified, being able to essentially unlock all the ammo players will need for it for quite some time by exploiting a level mechanic once seems extremely tempting. For those who don't want to watch Danse fighting hordes of synths for an hour, however, fusion cores can be found in select areas across the map, or on select enemy types and are available at merchants for those willing to part with their hard-earned bottlecaps.

The top contenders are currently trying to crack a difficult spot to reach the 12th floor, at which point the course will reveal unknown territory. They seem a little tired, which is not surprising. They are 11 days into the event.
It seems Larian Studios thought of just about everything when crafting , and the various loopholes players have found to get out of significant boss fights can be both hilarious and innovative. Ever since watching the Fallout show, I can’t get enough of it. The show was my introduction to its world, and the ending only inspired me to dive deeper in the worlds of the video games that inspired the show. Everything from the evils of Vault-Tec to the eccentric characters fascinated me. Clearly I’m not alone — the game series received an influx of players following the release of the show — but not everyone can commit to playing the games. It can be a massive time investment and even require hundreds of mods to play. Luckily for me, I’ve found a great way to experience the games without actually playing them: Watching clips on TikTok.

One observant Starfield player has discovered a new Easter egg that pays homage to one of gaming's most popular inside jokes. While the developers at Bethesda Game Studios have included a lot of references, big and small, to remind players that Starfield takes place in a future version of this universe, most of them aren't a direct nod-and-a-wink to the gaming community.
One Starfield fan has recently devised a peculiar ship-stealing strategy that requires some precision and cold-bloodedness to execute but is ultimately surprisingly effective, and works with fairly minimal prep work.
