During the Q&A session of the publisher's Q3 FY2023 financial results conference call, CAPCOM was asked about the pricing policy for the next fiscal year. The second entry in the series created by Hideaki Itsuno will be the publisher's first $70 game, but it may not be the last, as industry-wide development costs are increasing, and a price review is being considered as one of the options to offset these costs. Ultimately, the publisher aims to take a thoughtful approach to pricing, keeping user feedback in mind as well.

Dragon's Dogma 2 is among the most anticipated role-playing games launching this year, expanding the formula of its predecessor in some very interesting ways. The game was confirmed to feature an uncapped framerate earlier this week, putting the rumors of it targeting 30 FPS on consoles to rest.
Dragon's Dogma 2 will launch on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S on March 22nd worldwide.
